« My husband and I just wrapped up a week stay and had a great time. The location is fantastic, easy and quick walk to the private beach access, pools and everything rosemary has to offer. « Great place to stay. Affordable price in an area that tends to be very expensive. Short drive to everything 30A has to offer, while being far enough away to be away from the maddening crowds. It is definitely only made for a single person or a couple. The AC works great, shower has very hot water. WiFi worked great once we got it set up, but we did have to reach out to them for that. They responded very quickly. We have ATT cell service and we had NO service without that WiFi, so you will want...

« Perfect location to beach and to Main Street (only 2 minute walk to both!!!) We spent time shopping and eating some amazing food. The place was very clean, the stairs can be a lil scary to go up to the bedroom, I almost tripped going down a few times. The bed was comfortable and there were multiple pillows. I would stay here again, it is off the main house but never saw the guests staying in the main house. Overall loved the place it such a great trip!! »

« we had a wonderful time at the carriage house! it was quiet and very family friendly. there are 4 different parks in the neighborhood which i appreciate with my kids being 5 & 3. there were a lot of other kids out riding bikes, throwing a football in the street etc. being able to ride the tram to the beach was soooo nice. the pool area was gorgeous and has a pool that’s no deeper than 3ft which makes it very kid friendly. there were so many good restaurants as well and live music in several...
