« The location of 30A Hideaway is great for easy access to the 30Avenue shopping district with neat restaurants and shops. The new pedestrian tunnel under Hwy 98 makes it super nice for walks and bike rides to Rosemary Beach and beyond. « We enjoyed our stay in the Smith Cottage. Proximity to the beach was ideal. Restaurants, bars, coffee shops were all in walking distance.Grayton Beach is the ideal beach town. Kelly keeps the property immaculate. We appreciated the bikes, chairs, etc. for the beach and the cottage was stocked with books and games for a rainy day. « Had a fantastic stay at this carriage house. The location couldn't be better for Rosemary Beach in terms of proximity to the town center, beach, and a pool nearby. « Overall, the house layout and location were perfect for my family and my sister‘s family. The beds were comfortable. The house was clean. I do have a few things to consider. The kitchen is minimally stocked. We do a lot of cooking family meals, and there were two pans to cook with, one of which was so scratched on the bottom I’m sure it was hazardous for our health.
