« Room was good, besides no sink for kitchen area. We stood outside trying to get in the beach area with no correct password for a bit, make sure you have all the right information before heading that way with all your chairs, cooler’s & umbrella. The elevator was scary! For all of us staying in this building. We hoping for the best riding it that we’d made it up or down ok and it made loud noise, jerk and sound as we crash to the bottom. »

« Such an incredible stay at this unit! This is our 3rd year staying at The Village and this was by far our favorite one to stay in. It was so clean and smelled so fresh upon check in/throughout the stay. The location was perfect for the tram pickup/pool/and to get to the Peddler’s area. The balcony was great for sitting and relaxing! For being a studio, they offered so many supplies/appliances for cooking and making your own food, coffee, etc. Highly recommend and can’t wait to be back! »

« Cozy studio was comfortable and adequate for our 3 night stay. Since this was our first time in Rosemary Beach and the 30a corridor, we were not prepared for the traffic, crowds and no reserved or designated parking space. What a nightmare! The room itself had very hot water available for showering, but one of the two TVs simply would not connect and work. Very limited kitchen space. Just a small sink, small fridge, toaster oven and microwave. But we weren’t planning any prepared meals...

« The handicap accessible condo was clean, comfortable, a/c worked great and the host was readily available for any inquiry. The checkin and checkout instructions were clear and consise. We had no issues at this rental. We absolutely recommend this rental and the great host. Thank you for a comfy and enjoyable stay! »

« it was great the only issue was the lock, if you accidentally press the button on the side you have to contact the host to reset it. »
