« The property was as pictured. It does need to be updated. The closets have a lot of pillows and what nots that shouldn’t in the unit taking up space for renters. Patio furniture needs to be painted and it’s not enough for more than 5 people. »

« Can’t beat the affordability for a condo steps from the beach. The decor/finishes could be updated but we really only needed somewhere to sleep, eat & shower because we spent all our time at the beach and the beautiful new pool/hot tub. The view is amazing- especially at sunset. Communication with owners is quick and easy! »

« The condo was clean, convenient and close to the beach and shopping. The kitchen should have been stalked with bare cooking essentials, like salt and pepper, foil and cooking spray. »

« This was our first time in 30a and boy did we pick a great location in the middle of all of the action. You can either walk to the community pool or beach (or take a short ride via tram to the beach). The condo had enough room for our family of five.
