« This entire property needs some updating. It was nicer when we were there the first time about 10 years ago. The bathrooms need updating. Vanities were nice but very low and the bathtubs were slippery when trying to take a shower. Our unit was clean and we had a refrigerator with an ice maker. The ice was fresh and plentiful. « Beautiful pool area and beach. The unit was very clean and comfortable. Lovely resort close to restaurants and shopping. Could use updated bedding and some basic pans ( pizza pan, cookie sheet). We enjoyed it and would stay at Westwinds again. »

« Overall, the property itself is very nice. The pool area was beautiful and clean. But our room itself was not. There were unsettling stains on the upholstery of the bed. And the pullout couch bed had urine stains on it. I had to go out and purchase an air mattress for my children to sleep. The living room rug was filth. « Overall good stay! Great location & communication with host. Unfortunately our balcony closed unexpectedly 2 days before arrival and we had workers on it during the days (wouldnt have booked for free if I knew that would happen, but apparently it was a last minute hoa decision and we received a very small refund for the inconvenience). Parking is a joke, condos that sleep 8 but only have 1 parking spot & have to pay a considerable amount and walk aways for any additional vehicle. »

« Excellent location in Watercolor close to the Watercolor Beach Club, shops, and restaurants and walkable or bikeable to Seaside. The owner, Chad, was extremely communicative and helped us troubleshoot any issues. Check-in was a smooth process. Chad even let us check-in an hour early. « Clean, easy check-in, beautiful property. Yes, it was a Gulf Coast view, but the water was a 5- minute walk across the property. Studio condo did not have a balcony. More than pleased with our stay. »
