« Hands down the best place to stay in Chicago. This place is near the best coffee shop in Chicago, Dollop, and close to all the main attractions. You literally feel at home here. The kitchen has full equipment and having your washer and dryer is definitely a plus. I loved everything about this place and will definitely come back every time I’ll travel to Chicago. I’m definitely not a fan of the virtual desk and luckily there was someone helping when I had issue with the door code. Definitely not...

« Do not book here. We booked same day and were traveling to Chicago from the east coast by car. I’m sure it’s normal to ask for a security deposit while booking but they sent us a message while we were on the road after our booking had already been confirmed. We were driving across the country and not checking our messages — they sent a message saying they would cancel our booking if we didn’t send the $300 deposit within an hour.
