« I booked through Expedia thinking it was a hotel of sorts. I can own that if I did not read all details. What was odd to me was a Venmo security deposit which I paid of couse but the booking is paid through Expedia via a credit card. Keep in mind, it's been 2+ weeks and I still have not received the $300 refund, and I have sent several inquiries. The instructions pay were incomplete initially. Neither I or my wife could use until the second set came through. I tried to call but it always went...

For the cost and convenience, it’s a very attractive option. I did not experience any communication issues with the host during my stay, and everything I needed was provided. That said, based on the level of interaction, I could see communication potentially becoming a concern if a significant issue arose...

« It’s a really nice place. Its quite a distance from downtown Chicago. But it’s like 3 minutes from Chicago Blue line and a minute away from the bus station. Food is not a problem since there is a Korean grocery nearby. There is also a nearby Catholic church. The ameneties in this loft hotel is complete so if you are looking for a budget style trip and accommodation, I highly recommend this place. »

"Très bon emplacement avec vue sur la rivière et proche du centre et de millenium Park, très pratique . Personnel très accueillant. Pas d attente aux assenceurs. Bémols : Poussière très présente tout au long du séjour sur les meubles Canapé convertible détérioré au niveau de l accoudoir et recousu sans prendre soin de l aspect final. Vraiment pas agréable visuellement car la détérioration était assez étendue Distributeur après shampooing non fonctionnel Dans le salon commun, uniquement du café à disposition mais pas chocolat chaud pour les enfants ou ceux qui ne boivent pas de café"

"Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à l’Hotel Riu Plaza Chicago. Tout était parfait, de notre arrivée jusqu’à notre départ. Le personnel était accueillant, professionnel et toujours disponible. L’emplacement de l’hôtel est idéal, très pratique pour visiter Chicago et proche de tout. La chambre était impeccable, confortable et très propre. Nous avons également beaucoup apprécié le petit déjeuner, très varié et de grande qualité, avec beaucoup de choix pour tous les goûts. Un vrai plus également : le bar sur le rooftop, qui offre une magnifique vue sur Chicago. C’était un endroit parfait pour se détendre et profiter de la ville. Nous recommandons cet hôtel sans hésitation et y reviendrons avec plaisir lors d’un prochain séjour à Chicago."
