« Too many rules-can't use windowsills, $10 fee for unreturned key cards? Place was filthy dust caked on counters. Constant, mandatory "safety inspections" so they'll barge into your room with barely any notice. Place is cheap but there are other hotels with equally low prices with less B S »

« Great location! My partner and I come to Chicago a lot and this was one of favorite stays. The rooftop area was great and being able to watch tv with the city lights was so fun plus the main bathroom had heated floors. I was very impressed with the penthouse. 10/10 would definitely recommend staying here. »

« Apartment 102 has large bathroom, a washer-dryer, and microwave oven. Very close to "Chicago" station - though no lift/elevator to street level ie carry bags up stairs. Major concern for apartments facing road is security light that shines through blinds all night - as bright as daylight in main room! Consider sleeping in bathroom, if you want any sleep from street noise and light. »
