Dear NabiThank you for taking time to provide feedback following your recent stay with us in Bristol.I was sorry to learn of your dissatisfaction.I have reviewed your reservation and I note that you booked a room with a double bed and a single bed which is advertised. The single bed is a large single and can accommodate two small children under the age of 12, however this is all dependent on the children. We can only recommend.I am pleased that once highlighted, the team acted quickly and professionally to resolve the issue for you.I am sorry that you left us dissatisfied, however hope that you would choose to stay with us again should you return to Bristol.Kind regardsSteve DevineGeneral Manager

Thank you for taking the time to review your stay. During your stay, for guests staying more than one night, we do not offer a standard stayover housekeeping service. Upon request we are happy to provide additional linen, towels & toiletries which will be delivered to your door the following morning. This approach supports the Laundry Association guidelines and recommendations, which in turn helps manage supply logistics & shortages. This has now changed and we are offering a daily housekeeping service on request. I very much hope you'll be able to return to a Leonardo or Jurys Inn hotel soon and we'll be able to start to improve your journey as a customer. Kind regards, Adam McCormick Front Office Manager
