A hotel with nice clean rooms close to Temple Meads station. The rooms were a little small, but overall pretty good. Staff was friendly and helpful toward any questions. Entrance was a little difficult due to the construction in the area.

I had a lovely stay at ibis! Our room was a bit stuffy, but it looks like they plan to address this soon with their renovations. The staff were lovely and helpful.

Very clean and comfortable, with a particularly spacious shower which has great pressure and temperature. Some elements of the hotel were dated but had an overall contemporary feel and the keycard system made you feel very safe. The staff were all very welcoming and accommodating, would stay again.

Area around and also 3rd floor of hotel under construction/ renovation. No luggage racks in rooms. Bathroom was a step up which was a little scary in the middle of the night. Staff were wonderful and very helpful.

Too much noise, construction in the building
I mean, I like this hotel, but there was constructions just one floor below, so at 9am the drill was so loud, and during for hours. You could rest or think or anything after 9am. I was on holiday, I went out a bit at night and the mornings were just horrendous. Too much noise.

A few of the light bulbs didnt work which was a shame as couldnt create a cosy atmosphere to relax after a long stressful day. Also didnt have a working extractor fan in the bathroom. The room was what you would expect for the price and was comfortable after a long day. The shower and provided shampoos were great. Did get charged twice but the morning receptionist helped me get a refund on the double charge.
