Summary:
This stunning seaside house is a beautifully designed retreat filled with vibrant decor. The cozy living room features a plush sofa (which doubles as a sofa bed), a Smart TV, and a dining table for four, with direct access to a private ground-floor terrace. Up the unique spiral staircase, you’ll find the first double bedroom and a modern bathroom, along with a sunlit roof terrace furnished with a table and chairs for relaxing. Another flight up reveals the second double bedroom, creating a peaceful space to unwind. Just moments from the sea, you’re perfectly positioned to explore all that Brighton has to offer.

The Space:
This charming, boho-style house is just moments from the sea, featuring vibrant, thoughtfully designed interiors and two outdoor spaces—a ground floor terrace and a cozy roof terrace. The lovely blue exterior and pink front door welcome you into a seaside retreat ideal for family or friends. Inside, the open-plan living and dining room invites relaxation with a plush velvet sofa (which doubles as a sofa bed for extra guests), a Smart TV, and a pair of comfortable armchairs. The space is bright and sociable, creating the perfect spot to unwind.

The dining area, with seating for four, makes mealtimes together a breeze. The fully equipped kitchen includes all the cookware, crockery, cutlery, and glasses you’ll need. Essentials like salt, pepper, and cooking oil are provided, along with complimentary tea and coffee for your convenience. Through the dining area’s glass doors, step out onto the private terrace adorned with fairy lights and bamboo plants—a perfect spot for morning coffee or an afternoon read.

Up the spiral staircase, you’ll find the beautifully bright master bedroom with a double bed, fresh white linens, and ample hanging space. This floor also features the main bathroom, complete with a lit wall mirror, ideal for grooming, and a bath with an overhead shower. Access the roof terrace from here, where a bistro table and chairs await for sipping coffee or enjoying a glass of wine with a view.

The second floor reveals a delightful loft bedroom with a double bed, cushy cushions, and storage space. This room is a cozy haven for a quiet read or a restful night’s sleep, making it a perfect retreat at the end of the day.

We provide high-quality linens, fresh towels, and complimentary toiletries for each guest, and we’re dedicated to eco-friendly practices. Our property runs on green energy, and all toiletries are British-made, vegan, zero-waste, and free from parabens and sulphates.

Guest Access:
Guests have access to the whole access during their stay. Access details will be provided prior to your stay.
We do not recommend young children or adults with mobility issues as the house has spiral stairs and these may pose difficulties.
In keeping with our views on the environment and being responsible global citizens, we pay more to ensure that our property runs on green energy, using Pure Planet, and subsequently, Octopus Energy's Green Tariff. Our shower gel, shampoo, condition, and hand/body lotion are free from Parabens and Sulphate and are plant-based, British-made, Zero-waste, and 100% vegan.

The Neighborhood:
Just a short walk to the city centre and seconds from seafront, it is a wonderful location for any length of stay. The centre of Brighton with all it's amazing attractions including great shopping, restaurants bars, Brighton Pier, the West Pier, the i360, the Museum and Art Gallery are all close by too.

The Kemptown area of Brighton has a lovely community feel to it. With an array of eateries, bakeries, coffee shops and independent stores, it has always been a vibrant part of Brighton. A wonderful afternoon can be had simply strolling along the main street, stopping for coffee, browsing a book or antiques shop before heading down to the seafront. The house is pebbles throw from Brighton Pier and the beach.

Brighton, a lively city on England’s south coast, is a blend of cultural vibrancy, historic architecture, and seaside allure. The Brighton Palace Pier, with its classic amusements, rides, and eateries, is a quintessential experience for visitors. Brighton Beach, lined with its signature colourful beach huts, is popular for sunbathing and enjoying the coastal breeze, with the tantalizing aroma of fish and chips ever-present.

One of the most unique features of the city is the Royal Pavilion, a former royal residence with striking Indo-Islamic architecture and lush interiors. Surrounded by the Pavilion Gardens, it’s a stunning reminder of Brighton’s royal connections and rich history.

Shopping in Brighton is unparalleled, with the bohemian North Laine full of quirky independent shops, vintage stores, and cafes, and The Lanes offering a labyrinth of alleyways filled with jewellers, boutiques, and high-end restaurants. The city’s food scene caters to all tastes, showcasing sustainable, plant-based fare and international cuisine.

Known for its dynamic nightlife, Brighton is home to a mix of pubs, bars, and nightclubs, as well as venues that host live music, theatre, and comedy. The city’s artistic and inclusive culture is celebrated through annual events like the Brighton Festival, Brighton Fringe, and the renowned Brighton Pride, making it a hub for creativity and acceptance.

Bordered by the scenic South Downs National Park, Brighton offers not just urban excitement but also opportunities for outdoor adventure, making it an ideal destination for visitors looking for a multifaceted experience.

Getting Around:
Getting to and around Brighton is straightforward, as it is a well-connected city on the south coast of England. Brighton is approximately an hour’s train journey from London, with frequent services running from major London stations such as London Victoria, London Bridge, and St Pancras International. Southern and Thameslink are the main train operators serving this route, and Brighton’s train station is centrally located, making it easy to start exploring as soon as you arrive. By car, Brighton is accessible via the M23 and A23 from London and the M27/A27 if coming from the west or east along the coast. Parking can be limited and often expensive, especially in the city centre, so researching car parks or Park & Ride schemes in advance is recommended. For a budget-friendly option, National Express and Megabus offer coach services from various UK cities, including London, with journey times around 2 to 3 hours depending on traffic. The nearest major airport is Gatwick Airport, only about 30 minutes away by direct train, while Heathrow Airport is approximately 1.5 hours away by train and coach.

Once in Brighton, getting around is easy. The city centre is compact and pedestrian-friendly, perfect for exploring on foot, with key attractions such as The Lanes, North Laine, the Royal Pavilion, and the Brighton Pier all within walking distance of each other.
