Pleasant guest house just a 2 minute walk from the beach. Room was small but comfortable. Great breakfast.

Petite perle
Un petit b&b très sympa, super bien placé, personnel attentif, chambre confortable, bon petit déjeuner utilisants produits équitables ou locaux. Seul bémol les escaliers, pas un problème pour moi mais ne serait pas idéal pour ceux ayant des problèmes de mobilité.

L hôtel est bien situé, le personnel agréable. Dommage nous étions au 3ème étage, et l escalier est étroit. Pas a conseiller à des personnes âgées ou à mobilité réduite. Les parkings sont chers dans la ville.

Grande gentillesse et courtoisie du personnel. Chambres petites mais fonctionnelles et cosy Seul bémol: les horaires du petit déjeuner un peu trop tardifs dans la matinée: 7h30 en semaine et 8h30 le samedi et dimanche: un peu tard quand on vient pour des raisons professionnelles ou que l'on doit prendre le train le matin! Dommage...

Parfait !
Cet établissement n'est effectivement pas un hôtel mais une guest house. C'est ce qui en fait le charme : l'accueil par les propriétaires est chaleureux, la décoration cosy et le chat adorable ! Brighton House est très bien situé, face à la mer, et à proximité de nombreux restaurants. La chambre était spacieuse et bien aménagée. Idem pour la salle de bain. Nous n'avons pas du tout été gênés par d'éventuelles nuisances sonores. Le petit-déjeuner était d'excellente qualité, les propriétaires étant soucieux de proposer des produits locaux et/ou bio. A recommander fortement !

surement bien pour un B and B
W-e de 3 jours à 2 avec la 2eme nuit à Brighton. petite marche de la gare pour arriver à l'hotel pas loin du bord de mer : hotel tres bien placé. Accueil agréable, proposition de centres d'intérets sur une carte de la ville offerte. L'environnement alentour est tres calme. Chambre on se sent comme invité chez des amis à la campagne, taille correcte, tres propres, lit et oreiller nickel. La chambre 38 est situé au 2eme étage avec escalier. Les problemes : bruits des gens qui passent aux étages supérieurs. bruits de la chambre au dessus, lumieres du couloir qui passe sous la porte de la chambre. Les gestionnaires du guesthouse mettent dans la palquette beaucoup de principe ecocitoyen (mouchoir bio, contrat d'electricité avec nrj renouvelable..) mais le chauffage était à fond dans la chambre avec la fenetre pas isolé entre ouverte ! dommage. Petit dejeuner bio inclus tres bon et complet (saumon exceptionnel pour ceux qui aiment le salé). Pas de pieces pour garder les bagages, ils restent dans la salle commune. jusqu'au départ. Globalement bien, mais quand je vais revenir, je reserve un hotel et pas un Bed and Breackfast.

Un point de chute ideal a Brighton!
Un endroit vraiment tres agreable, extremement confortable, tout etait tres bien et la qualite du service (petites attentions, etc.) etait vraiment remarquable. Le petit dejeuner est d'une tres grande qualite!!!

Not bad
Pleasant stay. Bed comfy but very old and coming apart at the seams. Shower not hot enough for my liking. Bad smell coming from toilet. Room was on the 4th floor with no lifts so wasn’t pleased lugging suitcase down 4 flights of stairs (it was bought up for us). Considering it’s a small B&B, I think the option of a full English would have been great. Although there was lots of choices for the continental breakfast. Overall it was an ok stay with good service.

Thank you for your review. I am sorry you seemed to have had issues during your stay. We are sorry you were expecting a lift. Being a 200-year-old Regency building, we try to make the stairs very clear and the fact we don't have a lift. The same with our breakfast, we offer our continental buffet breakfast and display photos and information about that on our page. We are sorry for the other issues you found in your room and are looking into them.

I had never been to Brighton before and my daughter who visited in the summer recommended I go for a few days. So I booked the Brighton House for a 3 night stay after reading the excellent reviews and we were not disappointed. My friend and I arrived a bit earlier than the 2.00 pm check in we had already been told we could drop off our cases until the room was ready and were given a warm welcome by Ani. The hotel was situated very close to the beach front so we went for a walk until the room was ready. On return we were welcomed by Oliver who had already taken our bags to the room and over the duration of our stay was so helpful and accommodating. The room was spacious and the beds were comfortable. A hairdryer, ironing board, tea and coffee tray were provided. The breakfasts were delicious with plenty of choice. We didn’t miss a cooked breakfast at all. Special mention for the boiled eggs and croissants. I would definitely return to this lovely gem of a hotel. Thank you for such an enjoyable stay. A lovely stay at Brighton House as a solo traveller. Breakfast was great and staff were super nice and friendly. The location was perfect easy access to the main areas of Brighton, and felt safe returning back in the late evenings. Would stay again 🙂

A very nice stay
We were in Brighton for a conference. The hotel was ideally placed. Buffet breakfasts were very good, beds comfortable, bathroom modern and staff extremely friendly and helpful. Stairs to our basement room were steep but manageable. We’d stay there again.

Good , clean room located v near to beach
Comfortable clean room with bathroom . Single room . Had iron , hair drier, fan available in room ,if required . Breakfast left outside room at 8am , and was very substantial- heated croissant , a roll , yoghurt with granola, apple and more . Hotel is very near to beach and shopping area., and a good base to explore .the town . Staff at hotel were v helpful and friendly.

Great find in Brighton
We stayed here for 3 nights. The place is well kept and brilliantly run. Check in was great and we were really welcomed. The room was very spacious, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was delivered outside the door at 8am due to covid restrictions. We had no problem with this. The breakfast itself was lovely. We actually got too much so too some on our trips for snacking later. We enjoyed our stay here and would stay again. It within close proximity to everything. Would definitely recommend.

Absolutely fabulous. Hotel was easy to find and we were greeted upon arrival and booked in very quickly. Rooms were very clean and of a generous size. Bathrooms were squeaky clean too, being very spacious and modern. All staff were so helpful and friendly, they couldn't do enough to make us feel welcome. Breakfast (served in our room due to COVID) was FABULOUS, really really good - and 100% for being environmentally friendly packaged. Would definitely recommend and will definitely be back.

Great, friendly B&B in perfect location
I chose Brighton House because I knew Regency Square was well placed for the beachfront and the town centre. he B&B itself was perfect. I was met by a very friendly person at reception who was efficient and made the whole check in process very easy. The surroundings are lovely, exactly what you would hope for from a property on Regency Square, elegant and smart. The room was great, it was small as I was only staying in a single, but had everything you could want including a nice clean bathroom with shower. Would definitely recommend to friends staying in Brighton/Hove.Breakfast was lovely too!
