« Great location both close to the train station and the main shopping street. Very simple Ryokan with a simple onsen. Both indoors and outside were well maintained, but slightly old rustic feel. Quiet nights even though it is near that main street. »

« Small ryokan in the hills above Yufuin. Great Onsen. We stayed in the traditional Japanese room and it was very comfortable. It had a private Onsen that was incredible. The staff were friendly and helpful, and despite us not being from Japan or able to speak much Japanese, we never felt out of place or unwelcome. The breakfast was a traditional Japanese breakfast, amazing to see as well as eat. We only stayed 3 nights, but it was the most relaxing time of our 3 day visit. »

« The property has a lot of old Japanese charm but some areas need repair. Sections of the privacy fence around our onsen were rotted and leaning. The patio behind the bar was closed due to broken planks. »

« 初の利用でしたが、スタッフさん方は皆様、とてもお優しく、こちらのミスでチェックイン時間をお伝えできずにおり、予定よりお待たせしてしまったのにも関わらず、準備よくご対応いただきました。ご迷惑おかけし、とても申し訳なかったのですが、そんな状況でもご対応いただけたことに大変感謝しております。 晴れた日の屋上の露天風呂がとても快適な景色で、貸し切り風呂も深夜からも利用できるのがありがたかったです。共用ラウンジで出していただけるコーヒーも美味しく、朝食もとても素晴らしかったので、余裕を持って今度はまたお邪魔させていただきたいです。 »

« Passablement éloigné . La personne est seule et ne parle pas anglais. Gentille mais peu communicative. L’appartement en soi est correct. Pour un endroit éloigné en dehors de la ville, on aurait souhaité trouver un jardin, une terrasse. Rien de cela. »
