« 広々としていて、素敵な部屋だった。 地上波以外にも、Netflix・YouTube等のテレビも見れた。各部屋にテレビが付いていて子ども同士でチャンネルの取り合いにならずに済んだ。 温泉にも入れて、ピアノや庭もあり、食器類も自由に使えてのんびりできた。 食事も近くにドラッグストアやスーパーがあって便利も良かった。 洗濯洗剤も付いていて洗濯できて良かった。 次も来たいと思いました。 ただ、お風呂場の洗面所の電気が付かなくて残念でした… 子ども用の歯ブラシだったり、身体を洗うボディースポンジ(タオル)、キッチンにトースターとかがあるともっと嬉しいなと思いました。 »

« 別府駅からも近くデパート・コンビニ・スタバも3分以内と立地も良かった。 部屋は半露天風呂付和室に泊まりました。2025年5月にリニューアルしていて、部屋もお風呂もトイレも清潔でした。 お風呂は3回も入りました。 朝食は旅館らしく小鉢で品数も多かったです。一部ビュッフェもありますので足らない方も満足できます。 »

« Great hotel. As super as the name implies. It is 100 meters away from the train station. The hotel is well constructed, smart and easy to check-in. The hotel staff was very helpful. Shoutout to the young male receptionist who spoke very good English. The room was very clean and large. The onsen was the best part. It is free to access, very clean, relaxing. The staff helped us to find a restaurant with vegetarian options (I recommend Jinde, down the road from the hotel). »

« Very spacious, property is managed remotely. Facilities good with notes: 1) There are both indoor and outdoor onsen. For the uninitiated, Onsen are Japanese natural hot springs, the water comes up from the earth hotter than the tap water and is both clean and free! « The stay at KAI Beppu was nothing short of amazing. It was my first time in Beppu, and staying at KAI made the experience truly memorable. The sea-view shakkei was beautiful and definitely the highlight. The room was well-sized, and the indoor onsen was a godsend. The kaiseki meals were also delicious, and choosing the half-board option was a great decision. The staff were incredibly helpful, friendly, and always smiling. I would definitely come back and explore more KAI and Hoshino Resorts...
