Ryokans à Yufuin

« 初の利用でしたが、スタッフさん方は皆様、とてもお優しく、こちらのミスでチェックイン時間をお伝えできずにおり、予定よりお待たせしてしまったのにも関わらず、準備よくご対応いただきました。ご迷惑おかけし、とても申し訳なかったのですが、そんな状況でもご対応いただけたことに大変感謝しております。 晴れた日の屋上の露天風呂がとても快適な景色で、貸し切り風呂も深夜からも利用できるのがありがたかったです。共用ラウンジで出していただけるコーヒーも美味しく、朝食もとても素晴らしかったので、余裕を持って今度はまたお邪魔させていただきたいです。 »

« The property has a lot of old Japanese charm but some areas need repair. Sections of the privacy fence around our onsen were rotted and leaning. The patio behind the bar was closed due to broken planks. »

« Ryokan traditionnel, sans luxe ostentatoire, simple, bien authentique. Au premier abord, la décoration semble un peu datée, mais tout compte fait, c’est bien moins impersonnel que certains Ryokan modernes. Les onsen ont l’avantage d’être traditionnels( non mixtes) et familiaux, donc avec la possibilité d’y aller en couple ou en famille. Le personnel est adorable, (le jeune homme de la réception a réservé notre traversée en bateau.) Avons choisi les futons, c était dépaysant et confortable »

« Le personnel est aimable, le repas du soir excellent. Malheureusement le confort de la chambre et la literie sont très moyens et on entend beaucoup trop les clients des chambres voisines »

« Small ryokan in the hills above Yufuin. Great Onsen. We stayed in the traditional Japanese room and it was very comfortable. It had a private Onsen that was incredible. The staff were friendly and helpful, and despite us not being from Japan or able to speak much Japanese, we never felt out of place or unwelcome. The breakfast was a traditional Japanese breakfast, amazing to see as well as eat. We only stayed 3 nights, but it was the most relaxing time of our 3 day visit. »
