« This was my first time in a Ryokan. It was truly amazing I loved every seconds of it !! The room was beautiful, big, calm, 2 big comfy beds, bathroom with free products, balcony, towels, yukata and jacket. The ryokan is beautiful, the inside as much as the outside, the entrance is beautiful moss garden very traditional. The baths are perfect, indoors, outdoors and 4 private baths, they were so beautiful I love it and there was never too many people. And the meal... It was the best meal of...

« メゾネットタイプの露天風呂付き客室に宿泊しました。眺望も良く、とても贅沢でゆったりと過ごせました。レトロで落ち着いた雰囲気が、非日常を感じさせてくれます。 従業員の方々の接客はとても丁寧で、古き良き日本のおもてなしの心を感じました。貸切風呂を追加料金なしで利用できたのも嬉しいポイントです。 食事はボリューム満点で、地元の食材が使われたお料理はどれも美味しく、配膳係のスタッフさんのサービスも素敵でした。 全体的に満足度の高いお宿でした！ 気になった点としては、ベランダのデッキチェアが破れていたことと、部屋の露天風呂は入浴前に何度も、しっかりとかき混ぜて準備しないと下の方がぬるく感じた点です。その点については、チェックイン時にもう少し詳しく説明していただけると、より快適に楽しめたと思います。 »

« Very good hotel, clean , beautiful, big room. 3 onsen bath. Good foods , I love the arcade area and the bowling . Good for family with kids. Staffs are nice too. 10 mins from Beppu station , they have shuttle bus to pick you up »
