« Fabulous apartment. Very well equipped and spotlessly clean. »

« Cannot recommend highly enough, the location is brilliant, nice and quiet but only a few minutes walk to the likes of York Minster. The house is immaculate and lovingly presented. Just inside the walls which are the views out the back. Cannot fault and the added bonus (especially for York) of TWO parking spots by the front door. »

« Very easy to find. Lovely host Sarah. 2 friendly dogs, Frank n Nim. So relaxing, a small cosy Conversion which is Very clean. Pub/restaurant a short walk via the village. Other restaurants a short drive. »

« Fantastic stay close to the centre with the bonus of free parking. This property had 3 comfortable bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and was very clean and spacious. Would highly recommend »

« Really impressed with Bailey’s Beach house. On arrival everything was pristine including all the kitchen appliances, soft furnishings and cleanliness. It is a credit to the owners and cleaning staff. The position on The Bay is good, near to facilities and no problem parking at the rear of the property. Can’t wait to return in the near future. »

« This comfortable flat is right in the heart of the city and exactly where we wanted to be to see the sights, eat out and generally have a fantastic break. Thoroughly recommended »
