The hotel and grounds are very nice, the rooms comfortable and clean, and the food and drink of a good standard. But what draws me back most is the friendly and helpful staff. First impressions are very important, and employee of the month must surely go to Nevada who brightens up reception with her friendly smile, warm welcome, and bubbly personality! »
