« We enjoyed our stay but the property has large entrance steps and very steep stairs down to the bedrooms (disabled people and families with small children beware) »
« The Arc Harrogate is a small but fantastic hotel. There were detailed instructions sent to me about everything before I arrived and I had a lovely warm welcome from the owner. The parking is on street parking, but the hotel provided the necessary permits, complete with a photo of how to display them and details of what time the parking ran out.
The room was spotless and very well serviced. Every day the bathroom was cleaned, the tea and coffee supplies topped up and so on.

« We were only there for one night and couldn’t fault the accommodation . My only complaint was the price of breakfast. I agree you could have the continental and the full English but if you only wanted continental you would pay same price of £15. So we opted for no breakfast. »
« Venue pour un salon à Harrogate nous avons réservé dans ce petit boutique hôtel et je suis tombée sous le charme. Notre chambre était confortable, grande et joliment décorée. Le petit-déjeuner frais et suffisant. L’accueil était chaleureux. En début de soirée on entend un peu les bruits de la chambre du dessus mais vraiment rien qui vienne gâcher le séjour. Sans nul doute une bien belle adresse. Je reviendrai! »

Cependant étant un hôtel d’affaire cela suppose un service rapide et efficace.
Il m’a fallu attendre bien des minutes pour pouvoir une personne au bar malgré ma relance. J’ai déposé un manteau pour le nettoyage il n’a jamais ete envoyé au pressing et est resté derrière le comptoir de la réception dans son sac et en état. « Great, small and cosy hotel with lot of charm. A bar/restaurant at the ground floor with jazz band playing in the night. Got a great room with lot of space and very clean. Personnel very nice and helpful. »
« White Heart is a cracking hotel for staying at Harrogate, situated in good location the room large enough bed comfortable bathroom had over the bath shower it nice to have a room with a bath, great for relaxing after a busy day. »

« Great location with wonderful Victorian era architecture and vibes. The staff were absolutely fabulous, especially the bartender. The food is delicious (the pizza at the bar was the best I had in the UK!), with great selection at the breakfast buffet.
Comfortable bed, small bathroom, but that’s to be expected in an older hotel. Love the history! Byron stayed there once upon a time.

« I really enjoyed my stay at the Cedar Court Hotel. I had a very comfortable room with a very good bathroom. The breakfasts were excellent and a lovely room to have breakfast in as a good start to the day. The staff were very welcoming and helpful on arrival. I would definitely look at booking again at the Cedar Court Hotel when next visiting Harrogate. »
« We had a very nice 4 day stay to attend a trade show. It couldn’t have been much closer which was great, and close to all the nice restaurants. There’s 1 parking space available which is ideal as parking in the town centre can be difficult.

Le service housekeeping laisse cependant à désiré.
Le 1er jour nos tasses à café n’ont pas été remplacées alors qu'elles étaient sales, les sachets de thé et de café ont été laissés sur place et le 2eme jour nos lits n’ont pas été fait. "
