« On a positive note, the property was quiet and secure. Some of the fittings eg bathroom suite were high quality whilst others were not. The kitchen was missing a cupboard door, the doors were peeling, the tap leaked, and most importantly, the fridge did not shut so there was a huge block of ice in the fridge which was melting and leaking onto the shelves and drawers. The balcony did not open as there were works going on to replace cladding. It was okay for a few nights, but the property needs...

« Massive lack of staff support, no one answers the “24/7” helpdesk line, had no response by email as i was not provided with any access information or room number. Arrived at the location with no idea on how to enter, ended up staying in a nearby hotel due to having no access and no response from the host. Extremely unprofessional and careless form the host James. »
