« We loved the Zen simplicity of this rental. Communication was great, especially about their expectations since I was bringing my dog with me. They were very accommodating and pet friendly. I would recommend bringing your own sheets to cover furniture and bedding if you have a furry dog. It will help with cleanup and prevent extra, unexpected charges. The location was fantastic. Central to everything we wanted to do in the Tri-Cities area. Walkable to downtown Johnson City and Founders Park....

But everyone observed the quiet time and the place was really charming. Grandson loved the swing and children's nook. I loved the front porch each morning while sipping coffee.
