« This is a great Lake front property! It had everything we needed to feel like home. We had a blast using the kayaks, paddle boat and fire pit for smores. Short ride to town to get a few groceries and then no need or desire to go anywhere else. Definitely look forward to making more memories next trip! »

« We spent the weekend at this cottage and were able to host a graduation celebration for approximately 25. There was good space for accommodating a BBQ. Steve was very responsive and the kitchen and bathroom were stocked with needed items. Beautiful view of the lake! »

« The hosts were very responsive. Lots of unexpected amenities like hot drink bar, super clean home, full sizewasher and dryer. Great wifi, but the view out back was so good. Don't let the simple front deceive you, really nice! If we are back up this way, we would definitely rent again. »

« This was a great cottage for our family of 4. Our kids (9 and 6) loved swimming and fishing off the dock. We used the 2 kayaks and pool toys that were available. The fire pit was great for smores and hot dogs at night. The lake bottom was very sandy by the shore which made it pleasant to walk around in. The kitchen was well stocked for our cooking needs. We loved the historic feel. This is how a lake cottage is supposed to be. I'd recommend this property and plan on returning. »

« The property was really nice. 9 out of 10 I'd recommend it. The owner lives next door and was incredibly nice and helpful (especially when no uber would show up by checkout). Kayaking on the lake behind the property was an incredible experience. My wife and I kept hearing strange noises at night (like a door was swinging open, but there wasnt). Other than that, no complaints. »

« 1st vacation in years for "us Grandparents". Honestly, just looking towards the western sunset made our stay excellent. My wife and I only drove a couple of hours for this stay and we would have traveled much further (if needed). Overall, it felt like a home (away from home) for us. The time flew by very fast & that helps explain how our time was very enjoyable. We liked feeling so welcome, right from the start. We had a chance to enjoy water (right out the back door)...
