« Our room, on the first floor, was excellent with lovely views. The food was of a high quality and the service was very good except on one of our three evenings when we were forgotten about and it took at least three complaints to get our meal started. On this occasion we were in the restaurant for about two hours and it took 45 minutes before we got our starter. This was a shame because otherwise everything was perfect. »

« Rooms were comfortable. Good beds and duvets. Wonderful view! Staff were very approachable and pleasant. The breakfasts were good apart from the last day when no hot breakfasts available. We enjoyed a very nice evening meal but were disappointed there was no hot drinks available afterwards. Not easy to park for larger vehicles. »

« This is the 2nd time we have stayed at Amthweight Hall, the accommodation was excellent, as was the staff, they couldn't do enough for you. The breakfast was 10 out of 10, and again, very helpful, as my wife wanted her coffee a paticular temperature, and strength, they bent over backwards to make her perfect cup of coffee !! The grounds and the building, are kept immaculate. The Spa facilities, again 10 out of 10, gym, sauna, steam room, plunge pool, swimming pool and outside hot pool, plenty...

« Le personnel est très gentil. Ce qu’il faut améliorer : 1. la salle de repas et petit dej au niveau de la réception c’est vraiment étrange et gênant 2. Nous avons attendu près d’1 heure pour avoir le petit déjeuner (beaucoup trop long) 3. Aucun service proposé à l’arrivé, pas d’informations (simple remise de la clef ). 4. Nous avons eu 4 réponses différentes pour l’horaire du petit déjeuner et pareil pour les tarifs . Globalement personnel très gentil mais semble peu professionnel. »
