« This is a wonderful place for a big-family get-together. There are many bedrooms and we easily accommodated 15 people (10 adults, 5 children). The game room in the attic was a huge hit. The property itself is lovely too, with a huge yard and some adjacent woods with a walking path. I definitely recommend it! »

« This is a nice, cozy property. Great location near many wineries. Close enough for a day trip to waterfalls. It's pet friendly, which was great for our 2 small dogs. The beds are very comfortable. There was plenty of space for the 6 of us to eat a meal or play games around the large dinning room table. The kitchen was well stocked and great for making pizzas and cooking breakfast. The pier and beach fire pit was fun and relaxing on a crisp fall evening. The only challenge at this place is...

« We were looking for a comfortable place to spend time while exploring around the Finger Lakes region - and this was just the place. The location allowed us to easily travel to various wineries, restaurants, and sites around the area. Nothing is walkable, but the drive was easy. We spent an entire afternoon/evening just hanging out on the front porch enjoying the clear sky, beautiful weather, and quiet neighborhood. Each room was equipped with an air conditioner, so we all slept comfortably. ...

« Better than photos/description. Kind and gracious hosts. Beautiful house in an ideal setting on lake, with a large private park-like property with mowed trails in back of the house, ideal for long hikes. (Pat gave us a nice tour of the property which made it familiar/comfortable to use.) Very, very clean; kitchen well stocked with pans/etc. (with cookies provided as a welcome gift!); comfortable beds; and pleasant laid-back atmosphere. « My friends and I had an amazing stay at the farmhouse! It exceeded our expectations! Check in was simple and the host was very responsive in communicating. We really felt like we were at home and enjoyed morning and evenings on the porch. The kitchen has everything you need! The beds were comfortable. The sitting areas very charming and overall the house was very clean!We didnt want to leave and hope to return again. »
