« Very nice unit/apartment located in downtown Penn Yan. Location was great for getting to many of the sites we wanted to see ie: canandaigua, Hammondsport, Watkins Glen etc. the place felt clean and cared for and updated. Kitchen was well stocked. A bit small for 4 adults but adequate. The “living area” not as comfortable seating as I would have liked, but wouldn’t take it off my list or high score. « Perfect location right on Main Street. Plenty of restaurants, bars, coffee shops and grocery stores in walking distance. Apartment was beautiful and every amenity provided. Many good wineries and breweries within a short drive. Highly recommend staying at the Sheridan House if coming to Penn Yan! »

« Communication and check-in were seamless. The apartment was very clean. We were a little cold and Jason brought a space heater right away. Great location just on the edge of the village. A couple considerations for future visitors: Exterior photo on VRBO is not the actual location, it’s of a building on the scenic canal; the apartment is a very small studio with minimal room for luggage, and small kitchen. Perfect for one person or short stays. »

« We loved staying here. Jim was very helpful, the bed was comfortable, and we were close to family. I would suggest the owner store personal items (personal toiletries, kitchen items, mail, ... in a owner's closet). The kitchen drawers need cleaned out and organized. Since we get a house so we can cook, measuring equipment would be helpful. Overall, I could not ask for a better place! We will definitely plan to stay there again. « Really enjoyed our stay on the small, but beautiful and quiet Lake Conesus. The unit was located right on the lake with lots of outdoor space to enjoy the views. We enjoyed the fire pit at night and the outside table and chairs for coffee and breakfast in the morning. Each unit in this complex had its own outdoor spaces, which was nice. The interior of the unit was updated and had all the essentials needed for our stay. Super relaxing weekend, which is what we were looking for. »
