« We ariver at 11:30pm after a 6 hour drive. In the lobby had a sign that read "We are fully booked. All revervations are cancelled." We found out from someone staying there that no one had even been at the front desk in 2 days. Everything was sold out in the area and we had to drive 40 minutes away to find another room. I was on the phone with Expedia/VRBO to get my money back for an hour and 45 minutes just to be told by a "supervisor" that they couldn't refund my money and the best option...

« Communication and check-in were seamless. The apartment was very clean. We were a little cold and Jason brought a space heater right away. Great location just on the edge of the village. A couple considerations for future visitors: Exterior photo on VRBO is not the actual location, it’s of a building on the scenic canal; the apartment is a very small studio with minimal room for luggage, and small kitchen. Perfect for one person or short stays. »

« The 'Trolley Home' was a lovely property. Our host was so easy to communicate with - he made himself available and oriented us to the home. It was very well-equipped and in a great location. The kitchen had everything you might need, the beds were very comfortable (linens and towels all high end). There are lots of nice places on the property to sit outside. It is private and quiet. I would definitely stay there again. »
