« We had an INCREDIBLE time!! We knew nothing about Basswood prior to arriving. The staff was amazing, Laura took care of us with a very specific scenario we hadn't anticipated and we are so grateful for her! Our cabin was awesome. The playgrounds were perfect for the kids. The front office / general store had so many cool things for souvenirs and to eat. The pizza was SO GOOD!! « Perfect location, clean and well stocked kitchen. It was raining so we were not able to take advantage of the hot tub but the pool table was great! »

« The cleaning crew didn't do a good job at all before we got there. There was stuff on the floor on the upstairs bathroom and the sheets on the downstairs bedroom were nasty. I took pictures of the sheets but it didn't turn out really good because of the color of the sheets. The upstairs bathroom had to be plunged several times and the sink takes forever to drain. We were disappointed because we stay in this cabin every time we come to Branson. »
