« We took our in-laws to Mountain View for the weekend and joined other family. The Tate House was very clean and the layout was perfect. We enjoyed cards around the table and the Mexican restaurant a few blocks away was delicious. We would stay here again. »

« Perfect property to hang out and relax on the lake. Fits all your needs for any outing to the outdoors and sleeps a bunch of friends if needed. Cozy firepit hangout overlooks the lake. Stay number two at this location a success! »

« House was quaint. Fully stocked except for a hair dryer if you want one. The property was beautiful! The river views were excellent! I hated to leave. Definitely recommend. »

« Pools and walking trails so close which is our favorite. Saw a bear on walking trail and scared us to death. Researched and found out we need bear spray. Didn't stop our fun. Used the fire pit and roasted hot dogs and marshmallows. Coffee pot a little small for 4 people and back yard messy .Plan on booking for next year. »

« Beautiful getaway from busy life. Everything was perfect! »

« We enjoyed our stay. The kitchen had most everything we needed, except for plastic cups (for our kids). The back porch is lovely, and there’s an additional small cabin that we were informed could be added on if a renter so desired. The fishing pond across the gravel road brought much delight to us, as we all caught & released many fish. We only tried to use the TV once, and the streaming was weak. The beds were comfortable & we enjoyed exploring Mountain View and the Sylamore trails and Gunner...
