« The staff were courteous on arrival and gave us a tour of the beautiful building before showing us to our room. The house and surrounding environment were superb. The room was comfortable and clean albeit a little too warm at night. Our breakfast was tasty and varied served by a very polite young lady. We enjoyed our brief stay very much and would recommend it to others. »

Good size bathroom with both rain shower and body shower. Complimentary toiletries including shower caps! Dressing gowns and slippers, a lovely touch). « Un séjour de 3 nuits pour un déplacement professionnel. Le confort des chambres est super Il manque cependant des placards de rangement car celui existant est utilisé pour le coin café. Le service housekeeping laisse cependant à désiré. Le 1er jour nos tasses à café n’ont pas été remplacées alors qu'elles étaient sales, les sachets de thé et de café ont été laissés sur place et le 2eme jour nos lits n’ont pas été fait. »

« We stayed there with a band playing a concert. We were able to check in early, it was fast and easy. Parking was easy. Staff was friendly and helpful as we had a lost luggage delivered. Breakfast could improve a bit. Plenty of restaurants and shops walking distance. Would definitely stay again! »

« Perfect spot to visit York and surroundings. Place is useful. Parking plenty of EV pods. A shopping centre close to the hotel allows all food breaks. »
