« The Arc Harrogate is a small but fantastic hotel. There were detailed instructions sent to me about everything before I arrived and I had a lovely warm welcome from the owner. The parking is on street parking, but the hotel provided the necessary permits, complete with a photo of how to display them and details of what time the parking ran out.
The room was spotless and very well serviced. Every day the bathroom was cleaned, the tea and coffee supplies topped up and so on.

Le petit-déjeuner frais et suffisant. L’accueil était chaleureux. En début de soirée on entend un peu les bruits de la chambre du dessus mais vraiment rien qui vienne gâcher le séjour. Sans nul doute une bien belle adresse. Je reviendrai! »

The street can be a bit noisy, easy access through public transport, but parking can be a bit of a pain. »

« The Cairn hotel was excellent value for money, we really enjoyed our stay. The staff were very friendly, the food was good abd the bed was comfy, what more can you ask. Our only negative was the hotel was looking tired in parts with flaky paint on the ceiling. »

Le service housekeeping laisse cependant à désiré.
Le 1er jour nos tasses à café n’ont pas été remplacées alors qu'elles étaient sales, les sachets de thé et de café ont été laissés sur place et le 2eme jour nos lits n’ont pas été fait. "
