« The house was fantastic. It was well stocked, very clean, and the welcome basket was a very nice surprise. We have been to the Finger Lakes 4 years in a row now and this location was perfect for all of the wineries around Pan Yan.The only thing that was different was that there were zero tv’s in the house. It does say it in the description of the house house, but it was odd. Overall this is a great place to stay, well worth the price, and we would definitely stay there again. »

« The view of the lake and the location were perfect for a get together of Veteran friends and our families. The little ones enjoyed the toys and the playscape while the adults enjoyed the open space to congregate and enjoy each others presence and reminisce and tell tall tales alongside the fireplace. « Enjoyed the stay, great accomodations. (You may want to spray for wasps behind shutter near gas grill. We had no issue with the bees but avoided them due to having a person allergic to bees with us. Also, door handle to deck door is loose and did come off. Just needs tightened with Allen wrench) »

« We came in mid October to enjoy a peaceful trip to see waterfalls and fall foliage.We started at Niagara Falls only a couple of hours to the VRBO. The location of this Cottage is perfect for visiting several places. We visited Letchworth State Park, Watkins Glen, Port Byron (Erie Canal), and other scenic sites. The cottage was quiet at night. « We had my best friends Bachelorette party here. She wanted a relaxing stay by the water and that's what this was. Plenty of room for all 10 of us to be cozy and hang out. We loved the doc and were able to have our sunrise cruise pull up right to us ! Beautiful sunrises every morning and a nice place to make a meal. It was a great experience and a beautiful relaxing, peaceful time celebrating our friend! »

« The property was as described. The host’s were available when needed and responded quickly to concerns. The house had lots of extras: towels, games, plenty of cleaning products, paper products, and a well stocked kitchen. The location was fantastic- close to town and a short walk to the lake! We enjoyed our stay! This was a great spot for a multi generational getaway- plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms! »
