"As soon as we arrived, the clerk told us how to get to our room, but it wasn't clear. The manager took care of us to show us our room. His purpose was to sell us the dinning facility, and he was a little too pushy for me! The driveway to the check in had a big hole which was easy to fix temporarily with a bag of gravel rock! The front door of our room was filled with sticky leaves from last fall. The environment around the Hotel is splendid. "

"Hôtel très récent, chambre confortable, petit déjeuner correct. Nous avons été bien accueilli, même si cet hôtel fait en sorte que tout soit géré à distance. Il y a donc peu de personnel, cela s’est ressenti dans la salle de petit déjeuner, qui aurait mérité d’être nettoyée. "

"We appreciated our stay at this hotel. Breakfast has very good options and plenty of seating. The site on the Keuka lake is quite stunning. Dinner options will be about 1 mile away… a nice walk after eating out. Gym and pool facilities are in good condition. For those with electric cars, a word of caution. The hotel website says that there is a charging station. Reality is they have 2 GFI outlets linked to lighting posts at the far end of the parking lot. So, bring your charging cords! While we were there, we were 2 electric car owners and my GFI kept shutting off , probably because I was the farthest from the hotel. On our second night, I was the only car using the outlet and it went out in the middle of the night, reason unknown. I believe that in the times we live in, it would only be normal to have a bona fide charging station available at this hotel."

"The hotel offers large and comfortable rooms right on the shore of Lake Seneca, at a walking distance from downtown Geneva. There are very nice lake views and access to a beautiful lake promenade. HOWEVER, the lack of staff can be felt throughout the facilities. Our rooms (my party had 3 of them) were never serviced, even though we asked three times to have fresh towels and coffee-making supplies. We had to ask at the desk for towels and supplies, but the promised room service never materialized. Very disappointing, because it could have been a perfect stay. We could come back if the manager promises to hire more people when it is required, and based on attendance. The poor room technician we crossed once looked perfectly exhausted and certainly not happy."

"Le site a besoin de rénovation. Le lit était confortable et pas vu d'insete nuisible. Il est situé en face d'un petit mall. A notre arrivé, la réceptionniste (Jennifer) était très gentille et nous a référer de bon resto."
