« Over several years of renting in the Valatie area, this house was the nicest place we’ve stayed. It’s well appointed and has a really nice view of the lake.The owner is very responsive to any issue that arises. Hope to return! »

« It was even nicer than it looked in the photos. The beds were very comfortable and location regarding short distance from ski mountains and Ellicottville was great. It was so sweet too that they had snacks and a bottle of wine out as a welcome gift when we arrived. Loved this place. »

« We had a great experience. Good location. Close to many wineries, restaurants, hiking, and the lake. We really appreciated the extra touches that the owner provided, fresh flowers in each room, water in the refrigerator, and a wine basket. We would stay here again. »

« Our stay was amazing. We were able to get back to nature, enjoy family time, and catch up on much needed sleep. Sharon was the most gracious hostess and there was more than enough room for the for of us. The water (Lake Ontario) is just a short 5 minutes away, we were able to take in sunrises and sunsets that were so picturesque. I think that there is something for everyone when you stay here no matter how young or old you are. We will be staying here when we come back. Thank you so much. »

« We pulled up to a restaurant inn with not a soul in sight. The restaurant was closed with a for sale Realastate sign outside. There place had broken windows and a side back door to access . We walked in to find a dark room with an old piano . We went upstairs to see the room and the only thing in the rooms posted was the white sheets and blankets . There was a small area with a microwave outside our door . The pictures had an outside sitting for guests that was not the case . We left and ended...

« Beautiful cabin in the woods. Quick walk to the beach and such a quaint area. This was our second stay at this cabin. Make no mistake, it is definitely in the woods so you get everything that goes along with it. Bugs, wildlife, and peace and quiet. The beach is a small walk through the woods down a dirt road and off the beaten path. You have to cut through the woods to get to Ripleys Public Beach but when we went a tree had fallen down on the stairs and the were inaccessible. Barcelona Harbor...
