« The single king room was spacious and very clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Great place to stay while in Topeka. Excellent location for downtown activities. »

The main two elevators for the tower were out of service so everyone had to use one elevator - not the end of the world and not enough of an inconvenience for me to give one star as others had done. Both staff members we encountered that were wotrking the breakfast were super friendly and kept the space very clean and...

« The ONLY thing would be lined curtains in bedroom. Appreciate the security lights outside but it looked like the sun was beaming in all night long. Otherwise, excellent; have already recommended to others who visit Topeka, and will stay here on our next visit! »

At the breakfast there were no more eggs and regular coffee. The only employee I saw seemed too busy to take care of all these details. The AC was so so. I understand it's under renovations but they don't even seem to try to make up for that. On the positive side it was quiet until about 7:30 when the construction workers started. ...

« Very helpful staff, couldn't get my room door open when we checked in @10pm. The counter guy came back up with me and made sure I could get my door to my room open. »

« Our room was clean, there was nothing exceptional about this property. »

« Très bien situé, proche des commerces, très bon petit déjeuner et très calme »

« Property smelled of smoke, rooms were not clean, and staff was barely helpful. Room was dirty enough that I asked for a vacuum to clean it myself. The vacuum they gave me was caked in dust (giving the impression they don't use it much). One of the comforters was stained with something red (wine, lipstick...something), but the sheets themselves were clean. The bathtub didn't drain properly and thus by the end of a shower, your feet were taking a bath. To top it off, the breakfast was a small...
