« Out dated rooms. Carpet was dirty. Breakfast was very basic. Tried to cancel after the first night and manager advised they had a 4 night minimum and didn’t offer anything. Air conditioner in the room broke last night we stayed there. They again didn’t offer anything to resolve this issue. Advised us to just leave it turned off and it would work again. It never did! Poor experience. »

« The employee who was working in the breakfast area was very attentive. She noticed that I was packing my oatmeal to go because I’m diabetic and can only eat at certain times; So she quickly provided me with what I needed without even asking her. »

« Great check in and great room but in the morning there was no hot water and wasn’t notified that the hot water was out. I would still stay here just make sure they aren’t having issues with the hot water. »

The smell of water damage was present and there was only 1 elevator for the entire North tower. One guy said they are there every year and it has been like that for 3 years now. We had to get another room but we had to switch to a queen bed room, which wasn't clean but better than the first one. Plus didnt get a discount or anything for the difference in prices. The lady behind the counter just said there is nothing she can do. So I paid for a king bed suite and stayed in a 2 queen bed room. »

« The stay was nice and the bed and room were comfy and beautiful but the only complaints I have was this 1. Our room was not cleaned or had fresh towels our entire 3 day stay and I called and asked multiple times each day and arrived to our bed not made and the towels on the floor 2. Our phone in our room didn’t work and I asked to have it replaced and was also ignored 3. It would be a lot better to have a pool or spa room for a 4 star hotel 4.
