« I don't understand the average review rate... My room was strongly smelling cigarette even if it is supposed to be non-smoking room and it was not that clean. At the breakfast there were no more eggs and regular coffee. The only employee I saw seemed too busy to take care of all these details. The AC was so so. I understand it's under renovations but they don't even seem to try to make up for that. On the positive side it was quiet until about 7:30 when the construction workers started. ...

« Simply could not have been better. Hot tub was not working but that happens and wasn’t an issue. Staff at check in was great, checkout was just as good and every single person between them was just great! Clean, quiet and wonderful stay! A solid 10! »

« This hotel is a favorite of me and my kids staycations. I enjoy the affordability and the kids enjoy the pool the most. They could have given us a cleaner room last stay. Our room smelled musty and there was an oily handprint on the wall above a headboard which was gross. The worker offered to move us but we had already settled in and didnt want to move everything. Breakfast is basic but good! Will continue to stay here. »

« It was such a large space and perfect for walking around indoors with my dog. Felt super safe and the staff went above and beyond. I needed help fining the laundry room and someone walked me all the way there. Great service! »

« I loved my stay at the Cyrus hotel. The hotel staff was super friendly. My friend and I showed up during the training of a new employee and even she was amazing. We called to see if r we could get an early check in and they wrote down our names to be called if rooms became available and they did call us probably 30min after our initial call. They were also very helpful when it came to recommendations on food in the area! I wish I remembered their names! But both front desk employees were amazin! »
