« This was just perfect for our needs. It is well maintained. There are plenty of comfort areas throughout the place. I love the thought that went into the arrangement of space, decorations and selections of bedding and towels. It is a very cozy place to be. We had four people in our party, three adults and an older teenager, and we did not feel like we needed more space. The grounds on which this VRBO sits is lovely as well. »

« Great place to stay in the Little Apple! Availability is wonderful when KSU games are played away and bigger KSU functions are not in play. If you choose a weekend for big functions and games - book extra early advance. Clean, comfortable and great staff. If you are a late check in (after 11:00pm) be mindful of your surroundings as there were sketchy people walking, biking and driving around the lots (there are 2 other hotels next door) and the parking lot lighting for all is very low and dark. »

« Tim was a great host. We really enjoyed our time at the B & B. He cares about his guests and enjoys sharing his knowledge of the area. Breakfast was delicious and fresh. We would not hesitate to stay there again if driving through the area. »
