« We went to KC to celebrate my wife's birthday. The hotel rooms are in serious need of renovation, repair and cleaning. We had to move more than twice to a better room. We were first assigned to room 518, then 711 both were horrific and uninhabitable and finally room 815. There was thick white dust in areas. Furniture and desk were broken and busted in all rooms. Dirt, filth, hair and stains. The upholstery around the beds were falling off the frame. Sheets stained and brown staining...

« Was the worst experience for us first thing they gave us a room the was not clean smelling bad. They didn't clean, I said in the from desk., they changed us to other was same dirty, and had bugs in the bed. We can sleep for the itching. We paid for two nights, but we can't stay one more week left and we called for refund for one night. I still waiting for my refund. »
