« Property did not meet advertisement standards. Bedding was not clean, bathtub was rusted, AC was extremely loud and did not cool the room well. After traveling 8 hours, coming into such conditions to rest was overwhelming and disappointing, especially with such overpricing. I have stayed in better for less. Not being able to acquire a refund is the worst part, because I literally ended my trip to return home to get rest which defeatedthe purposehave gettinga room, and to still be charged is...

« The woman at the counter was able to help us out of a mix-up that we had. She was fabulous and was able to straighten things out so that everyone involved was happy. The room was perfect and comfortable. This is a great place to stay. Breakfast was very good also. »

« Always have stayed at the Bluemont. However, this time, was different. When I booked the reservation almost a year ago, breakfasts were complimentary. One of the reasons I liked staying there. Apparently the hotel has changed hands and they now charge $20 for breakfast. Also there is a charge for overnight parking of $17. Both of these would have been nice to know thru Expedia before the stay because that’s not what I reserved! But because it was Graduation weekend, room rates were ridiculous...

« The room was nice. They had fridge and microwave. There was shampoo and conditioner if needed. Has newer carpet and updates. Could use some updated sheets though. Does have a pool outside and breakfast is included. »
