Just recently started renting the property so still a few bugs to work out. An information book explaining how the basics of the property work (internet, hot tub, TVs, lights, gas starters for fireplaces, etc.) and identifying local attractions, amenities, restaurants, etc. would be very helpful. « Annually we look for a house that comfortably fits our family. The upstairs was perfect for a large living area to share time together. The upstairs was perfect for a long table to eat together.
