« I really enjoyed the views of my stay and the location is perfect for everything in the Charlotte area. I also really loved the modernist of the apartment and all the accessories that came with it, me and my partner really didnt have to go any where to have a good time in a luxury stay. Overall it was amazing and I will definitely be booking again. »

« I was in town recently promoting my books. In between events at bookstores, I wanted a quiet place to relax and recharge. I couldn't have picked a better spot. The neighborhood is very peaceful and centrally located, making it super easy to get to my destinations. I had everything I needed to fix a quick meal for evenings when I wanted to put my feet up. The space is thoughtfully designed and decorated. I would stay here again. »

« My friends and I had a very nice stay. The house was located in a nice, quiet neighborhood. It was clean and well maintained. The owner Reuben, was very responsive, clearly communicated house rules and check-in instructions and how to contact him if necessary. I would definitely recommend this property. »

« Unit was clean, beds were comfy, parking spot outside door. Neighborhood is walkable and a park down the street. The outside area was good for the dog but the yard was not mowed. A nice place to stay while visiting family in NoDa area. »

« Perfect location! Walkable to so many NODA restaurants, bars, coffee shops. 2 blocks from LYNX. Cute modern, industrial apartment with an amazing mattress. We will definitely stay here again. »

« Nicole was easy to communicate with, and informative. Super cute tiny house and we felt safe with the gate and security camera. This spot was perfect distance to all our planned activities. Super clean and very relaxing. Definitely will rent again. »

« The property was nice but we had problems with the entry codes and had to resort to using the door keys located in the lock box which we then had to get the code to use. The property did have a minor bug issue that needs to be resolved. The property was in a nice, older neighborhood and not within easy walking distance of dining options. However, it was close to the family we were visiting so the over-all location was good. »

« We stayed there for the Coca Cola 600 and spent the weekend in Charlotte - myself, my 2 kids & the poodle. Great little neighborhood to walk dogs! The apartment was very clean, the owner was very responsive & it felt very comfortable. Location was great as we spent one day at Carowinds & one day at the raceway -- both are in opposite directions. Can't say enough! Thank you!! »

« Everything was great. I would just recommend TVs in the bedrooms. I have PTSD so I need the noise to help me sleep and many others with this condition need it as well. The property is beautiful. I would love to come back to see the castle finished. »

« I spent the week here for work, and the property was an excellent choice. It's located near a Harris Teeter and a variety of restaurants, making dining options convenient. With appointments scattered across the city, the location proved to be extremely accessible and practical for getting around. I’d definitely consider staying here again. »
