This is a condo/apartment unit, right in Noda in a good location.Kitchen was great, bathroom was nice, water pressure and heat were good. That is about the extent of the good things about this property.Unit had 2 missing fire alarms, wires hanging from the ceiling. We had 1 working alarm. Very surprised the fire alarms were not caught by whoever does the cleaning/maintenance, makes the whole unit seem very trashy and low quality.Furniture was obviously Wayfair "sort by lowest price" junk. Couch was very uncomfortable, chairs barely a step above office chairs. Part of the benefit for us in a vrbo is relaxing in a home-like setting, the uncomfortable furniture made this very hard.TV in bedroom would not power down with the remote even though 'on' and all other functions worked. We had to unplug it at the end of every night.The bed is on slats and is incredibly creaky/loud. Not just squeaks here and there, but very loud groans that echoed throughout the entire unit. Me or my wife rolling over meant we both woke up, we are normal weight/size people, not large by any means.Walls are paper thin, we could hear our neighbors tv and knew what they were watching, we could hear their conversations clearly. They were not being purposefully loud.Overall I think a new set of furniture, new bed, and actual working smoke alarms would make the unit a 4/5 star.
