« It was great house for our family! Ivonne and staff were on point with everything and met our every need. If you want to make great memories , this is the place!! »

« The main problem we had is the enormous amounts of seaweed. it made using the beach virtually impossible and its smell made sitting on the outside unpleasant. The house was wonderful as described and when anything didn't work well the response was very speedy and helpful. »

« This property is a must for couples with kids and close to all the attractions. Carlos, the owner is a great host and rolls out the carpet for you. The pictures don’t do justice for this property, you have to experience it in person to enjoy its unique look and feel. The pool is great and the downstairs master bedroom was spectacular. All rooms in this house are decorated with Mexican flare. We will come back and stay in the future, for sure. Thank you Carlos for sharing your home! »

« This was an amazing experience! Everything was perfectly clean. Whatever we needed was there. There is so much space. Loved all the pools and pallapa. There was such a nice breeze and shade. The staff were amazing and I highly recommend adding on the private chef services- it made our trip! We can’t wait to visit again !! »

« The villa was perfect for our 2 families and our nanny to stay for an extended vacation. Private seperate rooms each with their own showers. The kitchen space was great and our chef was able to cook some unbelievable meals. Hanging around the pool and going for walks into the village were amongst our favorite activities. The kids had a great time and we made memories that will last a lifetime. »

« Jorge was amazing and very helpful during our stay. The location was spectacular and the house had everything we needed. I will definitely recommend Casa Moskito for future trips. »

« We had a great time staying. The home is just like the pictures of the listing. Every room has its own bathroom which is a big plus. Playa del Carmen is only 15 minutes away on car. So it'll definitely be easier to get around if you have a car. I would definitely stay here again if when we comeback to Cancún. »

« All the reviews are spot on. House wonderful, location perfect. Beds, all comfortable. The double king room spacious. The pool is deep, full sun in the morning, followed by nice shade spots in the afternoon. When it is great, it gets better. Jesse the host / property manager was overly wonderful. Helped with transportation, recriminations, and whatever we needed. We are divers. So she brought Francisco over a master diver. Her dad! After we discussed the diving we want and our level of...

« The outside was great, but we were not able to use the pool for while a couple of times since it needed to fixed or needed to have chemicals added a then you had to wait a while. The laundry machine was not working correctly, there was no sponge for the dishes, we were only giving a roll of paper towels, the pictures on line for inside of the house looked nice but in person it was different. Overall we had a okay stay but the house is out dated. »

« Magda was a terrific host, super helpful! She met us when we arrived to show us around the home & teach us about the appliances & house locks. Recommended a terrific chef we hired twice & acquired taxi's for us when it was raining. Otherwise very close to the beach & town so we walked places. Mostly we just enjoyed the beautiful home! »

« Amazing experienced. Highly recommend hiring Maria to cook. Perfect for our family. »

« We came back to Playacar for more dental work and stayed here once again. I enjoy knowing the area from our previous stays. As I said before if you’re looking for deluxe accommodations, this is not your place. It’s still cottage type and second hand furniture. BUT VERY CLEAN. The yard does need work but seeing as how it was over 100 degrees most days we were there we did not venture outside. The pool is always clean. The taxi stand being so close is a plus. The A/C was terrific and I love having...

No...

« The house was a great location, it was clean, pool was great! If we need anything we stayed in contact on WhatsApp and the staff was so helpful and any concerns they were available! Highly recommended we will stay there again!!! »
