Bel hôtel mais …
Très bien placé dans une rue animée de seminyak mais sans les désagréments. Mon statut gold a été respecté et nous avons été surclassé en chambre avec accès piscine. Par contre le dîner inclus avec ma réservation ne vas pas du tout. On vous remet un ticket pour aller manger au restaurant de l’hôtel mais vous n’avez le droit qu’à un choix sur la carte très réduite. L’entrée le plat ou le dessert !!!! Que les boissons ne soient pas incluses je comprends. Mais un dîner ce n’est pas que l’entrée ou que le dessert ! C’est n’importe quoi! Du coup sur les trois repas inclus , nous n’en avons utilisé que deux , pour un plat au dîner et l’autre pour un lunch. La chambre est confortable bien décorée et propre, juste qu’il manque une place pour les valises, on ne sait pas où les mettre. Le petit-déjeuner est très bien achalandé et de qualité. Il manque un peu de transat à la piscine car l’après-midi seul un côté est ensoleillé du coup tout le monde est du même côté. Pour l’entrée c’est un peu particulier un coup il faut passer le portique de sécurité un coup non!! Je cherche encore à comprendre ! Cliente principalement australienne mais pas désagréable, les enfants sont par contre bruyant !

Pros: - The food was exceptional, especially the breakfast buffet, which offered a wide variety of options and was worth the money. - Safety measures were commendable, with a security checkpoint every time you entered the hotel, although it seemed a bit tedious, it provided a reassuring sense of safety. - The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. - Room cleanliness was good, ensuring a comfortable stay. - Appreciated the convenience of complimentary shuttles to the beach and the short 5-minute walk to the beachfront. Issues we faced: The safe in the room stopped working at one point, but the staff promptly came to fix the issue. Overall, it was a fantastic stay, and I would definitely choose to stay here again in the future.

So good we booked another night! This place was amazing for us and really made our first trip to Bali special. Thanks to all of the staff for your warm welcome & attentiveness throughout. They really are amazing & work very hard in the heat all day and night. few mins walk to the beach with restaurants & bars - although the hotel has a small area there it is quite far down a narrow & very busy st, shuttle takes you there but only collects at certain times so we felt a bit stuck there. Only water available but they have wifi & nice loungers. waves too strong to swim Beds amazing, linen so soft, pillows comfy, rooms good size & bsthroom good with powerful rainfall shower. There are renovations so we had to take a different route around but no problem & noise wasnt a disturbance ever. The pool is the best. Temp so good we enjoyed a night swim, loved the swim up bar & beanbag in the water. Breakfast had a lot of options, breads, bagels, pastries & all hot items like sausages & omlette station. Great fresh juices too. We found donuts at breakfast strange.. Tried the food by the pool too. Really good mie goreng, been having it elsewhere & that 1 stands out. We also took the shuttle to eat street, very handy service location was great for us, & nice to be far away from the hustle and bustle & traffic. I would have thought there would be a service lift, poor staff were going up and down in our lift when there was enough space for their big carts.

Overall we're satisfied. Personal were all really nice and helpfull. We also only need about 10 min walk to the beach, but the hotel also provide a shuttle service to the hotel beach area. Breakfast buffet with a lot of option.

I’d absolutely stay at this hotel again, the service is incredible. The pools and bars are fantastic and the room service outstanding. Honestly the best buffet breakfast as well. I stayed just for a short 6 night break and barely left the hotel because everything is there! A short walk to the beach and bars which was cool too. Highly recommend.

Amazing report nothing to fault about it. Friendly staff very clean place, clean rooms. No random bugs in the room like some places. Nice breakfast layout. Prime location lots of shops clubs and restaurants on the road. 5min walk to Seminyak beach. Lovely 2 big pools and 1 for kids. Highly recommend Courtyard By Marriott.

I could not fault a single thing absolutely amazing hotel. We stayed in a king room pool terrace room which was so good being able to have direct access to the pool. Would not stay in any other room do yourself a favour and book
