« The hotel offers large and comfortable rooms right on the shore of Lake Seneca, at a walking distance from downtown Geneva. There are very nice lake views and access to a beautiful lake promenade. HOWEVER, the lack of staff can be felt throughout the facilities. Our rooms (my party had 3 of them) were never serviced, even though we asked three times to have fresh towels and coffee-making supplies. We had to ask at the desk for towels and supplies, but the promised room service never...

« Rather strange set up. Reception is in the lobby of an office building. Lifts/corridors are shared with other commerce/offices...little feeling that you are in a hotel. The week we stayed the rates were VERY high, may be better value off peak. nice gym,, small indoor pool »

« The room was clean and comfortable. Wonderful view. The only thing I would add is a full length mirror. We went out to dinner every night and really missed having a mirror. Our last day we had breakfast in the room and it was delivered a little later than we wanted but was still delicious. »

« Perfect for a quiet night away without the kids. Did not hear any other patrons. Only suggestion is provide a small pitcher or larger glasses for water since its out in the hall. Beautiful home and property. »
