Beautifully distinctive fully refurbished cosy apartment in the centre of Queenstown. Overlooking town, you are less than a five-minute walk from all the action. Having one free car parking space. Located away from town noise and having great views towards Queenstown Bay & surrounding mountains. Well-equipped kitchen. Fully heated throughout, electric blankets and all new appliances. Free unlimited super-fast WIFI & Netflix. Super comfy beds and luxury linen.

The Space:
The apartment is set on ground floor levels with adjacent car-parking space for one vehicle. The whole apartment is fitted with a new quality carpet throughout and the entire space is fully heated. The master bedroom is spacious and furnished with a comfortable Super King bed that can be split into two King Single beds. (additional $50 Charge) fitted with luxury linen, large built-in wardrobe, heated towel rails and inset Samsung 32 inch Smart TV. The second bedroom has a Queen-sized bed fitted with luxury linen, wardrobe, heated towel and inset Samsung 32 inch Smart TV.

The lounge and dining area is spacious having two new sofas, one being a sofa bed, and a large dining room table and chairs. The room has a large 60 inch Samsung Smart TV. The whole space is refurbished to a luxurious standard and has a heat pump and airconditioning. The entire width of the room is fitted with floor to ceiling sliding glass doors which provide a huge amount of light to enter the space and offer great views. The kitchen is fully refurbished and all appliances and fixtures are new. Including oven, hob, large fridge freezer, rice cooker, and microwave. All crockery, cutlery and utensils are provided. Tea and coffee are complimentary and you will just need to bring your own food to consume.

The family bathroom is brand new and has a great and powerful walk-in shower, WC and vanity basin. It is fitted with underfloor heating. Complimentary shower gel, shampoo and conditioner are provided.

Sofa-bed: If to be used, this must be requested in advance of staying.

Baby items: i.e. portable baby cot, high chair, bath etc are available and complimentary. However, they must be requested at the time of booking, as they are not stored at the apartment and cannot be provided last minute.

Guest Access:
The reservation is for the entire apartment. You will have the entire space to yourselves.

You are located in the centre of Queenstown, the adventure capital of the World! Booking offices, transport, amazing nightlife, adventure activities. It is all waiting for you, and all available in just a few minutes walk from the apartment.

Getting Around:
Taxi is a cost-effective way to travel locally. "Take me" is a local Queenstown version of "Uber" which is very cost-effective and efficient, our own experience is very positive! Buses leave from the centre of Queenstown to all surrounding areas very regularly, they are also very cheap.

Interaction with Guests:
When we travel sometimes we want to be social, sometimes we do not. Similarly, sometimes we want advice and sometimes we like to discover things ourselves. With this in mind, we like to make arrangements with each guest to ascertain needs or desires. We will likely arrange to greet you on the first day of your arrival, this is to ensure you have everything you need and understand how things work in the house. We will answer any questions you may have and when we know a little more about your visit, likes, and dislikes, offer some friendly tips and ideas for your stay!

This was a nicely-kept property that is convenient to town. As others have noted, it IS on a hill (as are most places in Queenstown) so the walk BACK from town may be a bit strenuous for some. Being on the hill, however, provides a nice view of the lake. There IS some construction in the area, but this did not affect us aside from adding a minute or two to the walk into town. Parking is available right outside the front door, but beware that it is tight. I was glad we did not have a larger vehicle as parallel parking would have been tough.

Really clean, everything you need supplied - all just as the photos indicated. Was perfect for us three adults. Only minor annoying issue (that is not the fault of the property) is that due to major road works it was a much longer walk into and back from the town centre than it looks on the map.

We enjoyed our stay very much. Beds were comfortable, shower was good, clean and tidy, had all that we needed. Very quiet and lovely view of the lake and mountain.

The property was perfect for our needs. It was near the CBD which was easy to walk to from the condo. The condo was clean and well maintained and had a well stocked kitchen. The property manager was easy to get in touch with. We enjoyed our stay at this property and recommend it.

First let me say that there is a lot of construction in Queenstown in general. It was a little difficult to get to the location due to google not understanding the construction BUT once in the townhouse, it was quite stunning. Decent parking where you can walk straight into the unit. Nice rooms right off the entrance with good sized bathroom. The main room was designed to really take advantage of the view. You could see the tram, the lake and the town from the patio. It was right down the street from Pedro’s House of Lamb which should not be missed. Pedro’s is a takeaway place and we were able to eat comfortably with the house amenities. We cooked breakfast twice, and felt confident that we had all the utensils needed. Overall, a warm comfortable spot to recharge close to town.

Great, clean and well provisioned apartment, close walking distance to town centre, didn't need to use car at all for that. View out to Lake from lounge and to gondola from verandah. Host was always responsive to questions and enquiries.

The apartment was very nice and extremely clean. Very comfortable beds with small TVs in each bedroom. Nice communal balcony with a great view. Well heated with a nice living room. The kitchen has everything you could need. The apartment complex itself is located on quite a steep hill but is on the ground floor, good to bare in mind with regard to luggage or access etc.

Good location, road works and building happening at the moment in the steer witch was a pain to manoeuvre.frying pan handle loose and then came of completely. No complaints whatsoever about the property and would highly recommend it anyone.

Fantastic location literally 5 mins walk to central Queenstown. Very clean and comfortable with good kitchen facilities, washer/ dryer, dining & lounge area. Fabulous views over lake from lounge area. Close to shops and restaurants and local bus service
