« This was a very affordable older beach house within walking distance of the shore. Pros: pet friendly, spacious, plenty of beds, convenient location with easy beach access, has washer and dryer, comfortable deck furniture, picnic table and grill outside, outdoor shower and hose for rinsing dogs and beach toys. « This house really is amazing. The view and the access to the beach was perfect. You really are steps away from the beach. You can see your big kids play at the beach without leaving the balcony. We loved it! The only downside was that although the house was stocked with seasonings, they were 3 years past their expiration date and bath soap is not provided. « Mr. Owen and Mrs. Linda very sweet, nice. The house is beautiful, clean , organized. we're enjoyed to stay there. »

« Nice little family space for a good price! The interior was nicely decorated and served our family well. The private beach was perfect access for our family to come and go to the beach whenever we wanted. It was away from the tourism but close enough to drive into the fun spots. »

« Location: We loved that the house is away from the crowds and in a gated community. The kids were able to run around without worry of traffic. Views of the big bridge and the bay are gorgeous. It’s no more than 10mins from beach access and stores like dollar general and gas stations. House: It fit our 4 families great (total of 15, 8 adults and 7 kids ages 4-13)! Each bedroom has its own bathroom plus a half bath by common area. There are tvs in every bedroom and beds and couches are good....

« Great weekend with the family. Amenities and location was amazing! Cleanliness had some issues from previous tenants. The charcoal grill and dryer could use some love. Other than that amazing location the fenced in yard was perfect for the kids and dogs. Will definitely re book in the future! »

« My family has more than enough room and you really cannot beat the location. My kids loved the pool and it was hard to get them out each day. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed, there were more than enough towels and complimentary shampoo/conditioner. We did experience a few maintenance issues. "The room is very average for the price. The personnel at the reception was also average. One person was very friendly but wasn’t very competent. The other one, later in the day, was not that friendly and didn’t seem to know what smiling was. We couldn’t dial a local number from our room. Not that we didn’t know how to do it but because the system wasn’t functioning properly. When we asked her to do it from the main desk we were certain we were bothering her and she put the phone at our disposal in a very abrupt manner. The area around the hotel lacks restaurants. It seems located too far from the main centre of attraction."
