● Community Amenities: Guests have access to the Jamaica Beach community pool for a fee — open Memorial Day - Labor Day — and city park.
● Rent BeachBox: Beach gear rentals are available! Ask us for details and rates.
● WIFI/Cable: We provide free high-speed WIFI and Roku with access to Sling TV for live television channels. Guests are welcome to log into their own streaming service apps.
● Pet Policy: 3 pets are allowed with a $25 fee per pet. Please keep pets off furniture, clean up after them outside, and crate them if left alone indoors.
● Parking: There is room for up to 6 cars in the driveway.
Step into our spacious beach home and experience the ultimate in coastal living. As you enter, you`re greeted by an expansive open-concept layout. The kitchen takes center stage, boasting a large island with bar seating, perfect for gathering and socializing. To your right, the inviting living room features a plush sectional and a smart TV, ideal for cozy movie nights. On your left, a generous dining table awaits, offering ample space for enjoying delicious meals together.
Off the kitchen, a serene bedroom awaits with a luxurious king-sized bed, ensuring a restful night`s sleep. Nearby, a full bathroom provides convenience for guests staying in this area. Adjacent to the living room, another spacious bedroom offers a king-sized bed and a twin bunk bed, perfect for families or groups of friends.
Venture upstairs to discover more delights. A full bathroom awaits to refresh and rejuvenate, while the game room offers entertainment with ping pong and a flat-screen TV. Inside the game room, two sets of full-sized bunk beds and a full-sized sofa bed provide flexible sleeping arrangements for additional guests. Continuing on the second floor, another charming bedroom awaits with a queen-sized bed and a twin bed. For a unique retreat, ascend the spiral staircase in the game room to the third level. Here, a cozy room awaits with a queen-size bed and a twin-over-full bunk bed, ensuring everyone has a comfortable place to rest.
Outside, enjoy the fresh sea air and sunshine on the balcony and front porch. Below, the pool beckons with sparkling waters and ample tanning space, while a fire pit with seating invites evenings under the stars. House Rules: - Guests must be 24+ to book the property. - One-night stays must be approved. - Quiet hours are from 10pm-8am. - Any damages to the house or property during your stay will result in a deduction or additional charge for the resulting repair/replacement cost. - All pets must be approved by our team, stay off of all furniture, be cleaned up after in the yard, and not left alone inside the home unless in a kennel. - No parking allowed on lawns, yards, empty grass lots or other neighbors’ driveways, even if their home appears unoccupied. - Oversized vehicles/trailers are not permitted unless explicit approval has been received from our team. - Do not turn the AC below 70 degrees. If you do, you will risk the AC unit freezing up, requiring it to thaw out which will result in the home getting extremely warm. - The homeowner`s routine pool maintenance cannot be rescheduled and is required for the health and safety of our guests. They will not need to access the home but will access the yard. - This community only allows BLACK TRASH BAGS. We provide trash bags under the kitchen sink. Please refrain from using white bags. - Should an eviction occur due to breaking house rules (noise ordinance violations, excessive guests and/or vehicles beyond the agreed amount), there will be an $850 fine.

We had a fabulous stay! The home was very clean and comfortable, and we had lots of room to spread out! We had all the basic comforts of home, while being very close to the beach. I highly recommend this host and property!

Communication was great, the rest was mediocre. Photos are better than the actual space. Not cleaned well before arrival. Floors left our feet black, beer cans and trash outside and dirty swimsuits by the laundry and deck from previous guests. The beds seemed to get fresh sheets and that was it.

The couch in the rental was different and smaller than the one shown in the listing, but we made seating work. Unit was mostlyyy clean, though some things could have used a once over or replacement of some items. Having a washer and dryer was convenient for quick loads for our longer stay. There was plenty dishware and cookware to use and a dishwasher, so no need to buy paper or plastic utensils! Some of the dishes needed to be re washed before use, but no biggie. They supplied enough toilet paper and other kitchen or hygeine products to last the whole stay. They were also pet friendly at a fair price which was a big plus for us. For the size and location I feel the price was fair, management was easy to communicate with and would consider using their rental facilities in the future. The sunsets and sunrises were absolutely beautiful!!!

The house is beautiful and for the most part clean. I did think there were a few water bugs in the house but not bad at all. I think we killed 2 and my husband said it comes with being so close to the water. Overall the house was clean and very accurate according to the description. I would stay there again!

The property is nice but the rental ad on vrbo is misleading the chairs located in the front are missing, the fuseball table, ping pong table and both arcade games are broken and tv downstairs does not work. Besides that everything was good. I informed the property owners of all issues and bought balls for there ping pong table only to find out the net was also not usable all i got was a thank you for telling them and no discount for the inconvenience. Not a good look buyer beware.

House was very spacious for my group of 11 people. House was cleaned and as it was described. The location was very convenient, just a small 2 minutes drive to the beach, you can even see the beach from the top balcony. Kitchen was very equipped, had all the necessary utilities for cooking. The game room and pool was a plus for our children between the ages of 9 and 11. Overall, a perfect place for big families, church groups or friend groups. Close to the beach, Clean, spacious, kids and pet friendly. Communication was great and promptly responded.I am 100% booking them again in the future.

Overall the property was great and I would love to give this one 5 stars. But, unfortunately there were quite a few issues with maintenance. Holes in the wooden fence are large enough for small dogs to escape, rear balcony railing is failing down which is very dangerous. Upstairs rear sliding door does not lock and vertical slats are missing on balcony railing and small children could go out and fall out if unsupervised. Water faucet under house near picnic tables is about to break due to unsecured hose bib and thin flexible PVC. Swimming pool perimeter railing is cracked and has sharp metal exposed edges on the swimming side of railing. Yard around fire pit and deck was littered with trash that small dogs can choke on. Garbage disposal switch is directly below sink and is easily triggered accidentally while using sink. Upstairs bath has non-GFCI outlets near sink. Front door mini blinds are broken. 3rd floor loft bunk bed is directly under (2 ft below ) ceiling fan with metal blades. 1st floor shower faucet is extremely hard to turn. Spiral staircase rattles excessively and can easily be fixed if vertical rods are tightened to hand rail. Outdoor television wall mount bracket is rusted and thus immobile, leading to injured heads from sharp corners of TV frame. Paving stones around fire pit (along perimeter of gravel stones) are uneven and can lead to twisted ankles. Ground floor outdoor string lights are improperly wired with an extension cord which overheats. Will stay again

Overall we really enjoyed our stay. The only thing that I would do is bring ice and some extra kitchen items. No baking sheets, so we went and bought one, and the ice maker didn’t work well. We could only find one remote for all the tv’s. Those are just small things though. We all had a great time!

Improperly managed
We chose this house for the outdoor entertainment area and game room with activities for the kids. Upon arrival we looked at the pool which was green. As we got closer we realized something was terribly wrong with it. Huge disappointment. Also no egg chairs for lounging as pictured in the outdoor space. I contacted the host with “so the pool is out of commission?” Their response was no the pool is perfectly fine. I believe they truly thought the pool was fine and asked if there was somewhere I could send pics and videos to so that they could see what we were seeing. So there went our pool time for entertainment. We were all sitting to have breakfast at the table and the chair my 80 year old grandmother chose collapsed causing her to hit her head in the floor (thank god she didn’t hit the corner of the wall). This gave her a terrible headache and we were worried about a concussion so my mother had to stay back with her at the house while the rest of us went to the beach. This was her last trip to the beach and the only full day we had to spend at the beach. Several of the video games in the game room did not work and the foosball table was so loose and unstable we instructed the kids to stay. Away from it in fear it would collapse or break as well. Communication with the host was simple and they more very nice. I truly believe they were unaware of the pool and other issues. However, this does not excuse the poor condition of thing. Someone should be checking. Refund expected!

My family has more than enough room and you really cannot beat the location. My kids loved the pool and it was hard to get them out each day. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed, there were more than enough towels and complimentary shampoo/conditioner. We did experience a few maintenance issues. We had to continuously plunge the kitchen sink and there was a leak in one of the rooms due to a rainstorm. The homeowner immersent someone out to take care of the leak. It would have been nice to have beach equipment such as chairs, an umbrella, etc but that's not a deal breaker for my family since we have those. The house was spacious and I would definitely book again.

Terrible management company nice house with a few unsafe conditions
I recently had an unfortunate experience at this property due to its terrible management. Firstly, the house is unsafe, particularly from the top stairs downwards. The top of the stairs is poorly lit, which poses a significant risk when walking down the stairs at night. Taller individuals who need to be extremely cautious when descending from the second floor.Additionally, the cleanliness was below standard. There was trash left over, and hair in the shower. The management company's handling of our stay was extremely unprofessional. Out of nowhere, they initiated an eviction without providing any proof or validation concerning who was on the premises. Despite the uncooperative management, the neighbors were friendly and accommodating. They were open to letting us use extra parking for our group, which was as we had a few extra cars due to the rain in Houston after a prom event. Although local police informed us about overflow parking availability, the management did not allow us this option.To our dismay, the owners decided on an eviction, which was a major safety hazard for our group since we had been there all day. Moreover, they denied any refund and imposed an additional 850 fee. I advise future renters to thoroughly read the agreement, as certain clauses that weren't initially there seem to have been added. The most disappointing aspect is the management company's attitude. They responded with sarcasm and showed no willingness to listen.
