Charming Coastal Bungalow Close to the Beach

Serenely set in the Sea Isle neighborhood, this cheerful, coral-pink bungalow was built for the beach. With multiple outdoor spaces— including a rooftop deck and a huge fenced-in yard— you’ll have plenty of space to soak up the Texas Gulf Coast sunshine and feel the ocean breezes. There’s also an outdoor shower, a barbeque area, and the Sea Isle Beach access point is a hop-and-a-skip down the lane. There’s space for ten, so bring the family for a carefree coastal getaway.

Location: Sea Isle beach community of Galveston, Texas

Beach Access: Just a 30 second drive or 3-4 minute walk from the Sea Isle beach access point.

Community Amenities: Guests have access to the Sea Isle community pool for a fee — open Memorial Day thru Labor Day — and the community boat launch and fishing pier with the provided keys.

WINTER TEXAN RATE: If you’re trying to escape to the Gulf Coast for the winter. Please ask us about our reduced monthly rates October 1 - March 1.

Rent BeachBox: Looking for beach gear for your Galveston getaway? We have you covered! Beach chairs and tents can be ready at the house upon your arrival. Message us for details and rates.

Pest Control: Due to the coastal environment, mosquitoes & seasonal pests may be present. Professional pest control treatments are performed monthly.

WIFI: Free high-speed WIFI is available throughout the home.

Cable: We provide Roku with access to Sling TV for live television channels. Guests are welcome to log into their own Amazon Prime, Netflix, or other streaming service apps as well.

Pet Policy: Up to 2 pets are welcome in our home with a $25 fee per pet. We ask that pets stay off all furniture, are cleaned up after in the yard, and aren't left alone inside the home unless in a crate or kennel. Please message us if you’re planning on bringing your furry friend!

Parking: There is room for 4 cars in the driveway.

Party Policy: No parties are allowed at our home. Please look elsewhere if that is the intent of your trip.

Cancellation Policy: All cancellations are subject to a 3% credit card processing fee.

Little Tuna has a fun, relaxed beach style. The living area is open to the kitchen and has a sectional sofa with soft throw pillows. A large, flatscreen television is mounted over a console table. Slip off your flip-flops and relax here in the evenings with your favorite TV show or a family film festival. A wall of windows behind the sofa floods the whole room with bright, natural light.

The clean and efficient kitchen has a tiered peninsula bar with seating for six people. White cabinets, stainless steel appliances, and a subway tile backsplash are accented with pops of bright teal. It’s a perfect, sunny spot to linger over the morning coffee while flipping fresh blueberry pancakes, or packing the cooler with some snacks for the beach. A laundry nook with a stacked washer and dryer is next to the refrigerator.

There are two bedrooms and a full bathroom on the main floor. The first bedroom has a queen-size bed with glass doors that provide tons of natural sunlight and lead out to the deck. The second bedroom has a full-over-full-size bunk bed. A full bathroom with a step-in shower can be accessed from the hallway. On the ground level, a third bedroom has a full-over-full-size bunk and flatscreen television. This bedroom is not connected to the main house, guests must use exterior stairs to access the main home and bathroom.

The outdoor spaces of this home were built to take full advantage of the gorgeous Texas Gulf Coast. On the main level, there’s a spacious deck with an outdoor dining table and plenty of lounging space. You can choose to kick back in the shade with a cool drink or soak up the sun and work on your tan. A rooftop deck has plenty of privacy and a birds-eye view of the Sea Isle Beach neighborhood. The rooftop space is ideal for relaxing with a glass of wine while watching the sunset, or working on your Texas tan in the afternoons.

The crown jewel of this home is the gigantic, emerald green lawn that’s fully fenced in. Play volleyball or badminton while your four-legged family members frolic safely nearby. When your crew is ready for the beach, the access point for Sea Isle is a quick walk down the road. A barbeque area with a charcoal grill and an outdoor shower complete the Texas beach house must-haves. You won’t find another home quite like this one anywhere on the west end of Galveston.

- One-night stays must be approved.
- Groups larger than 8 need to be approved. We do not allow parties.
- Quiet hours are from 10pm-8am.
- Any damages to the house or property during your stay will result in a deduction or additional charge for the resulting repair/replacement cost.
- All pets must be approved by our team, stay off of all furniture, be cleaned up after in the yard, and not left alone inside the home unless in a kennel.
- No parking allowed on lawns, yards, empty grass lots or other neighbors’ driveways, even if their home appears unoccupied.
- Oversized vehicles/trailers are not permitted unless explicit approval has been received from our team.
- Should an eviction occur due to breaking house rules (noise ordinance violations, excessive guests and/or vehicles beyond the agreed amount), there will be an $850 fine.

Dirty, misleading, and unhelpful. Nothing like the photos—dirty sheets in bottom room, bad smell, roach, awful bed, every dish had to be washed. “We’ll talk to the team” was the only reply. Note on fridge to contact before bad review—did, got no help. The Beach Box (property manager) has F BBB rating.

My family and I loved this place. It was good that the downstairs bedroom had its own bathroom. We cooked multiple meals in the kitchen and charcoal grill outside. The fire pit was great for roasting marshmallows. I hope to stay here again

Amazing stay

We stay in Sea Isle every year and this house did not disappoint! Great location close to the beach and bar. Dogs loved the huge yard. The layout was perfect for us. Had everything we needed. The 3rd floor patio was great for sun sets. Would absolutely recommend this place Ava look forward to coming back!

Perfect location

The house is fantastic, there is plenty of room, the multi story decks are amazing. The house is just off the main road so walking to the beach only takes a couple minutes. I also appreciate the kitchen being stocked with everything needed to make breakfast. I especially enjoyed the coffee maker, it was very new and made a great cup of coffee. BUT the beds are so unbelievably uncomfortable! They were so bad it affected our trip. The last night my wife and I slept on the couch, which was a big improvement.

Nice place to stay for a Galveston vacation

This beach house has a huge fenced yard for children or pets, it's located west of Jamaica beach so it is a little bit of a drive to the seawall and other attractions, it is very roomy and comfortable and we enjoyed our stay and would keep it in mind for our next Galveston trip.

Sad trip, bad people

We booked this trip to visit family and be with our grandparents for some of our grandmothers final days. She passed while we were there dealing with this mess. None of the description is accurate, I swear it has to be a mistake from a completely different property. We had to pay for our dogs to go to a kennel because it is NOT pet friendly. The whole fence was down between the gate and neighbor side of the fence. Couldn’t even be temporarily fixed while we got in contact with someone who could fix it because the metal had bent AND rusted so it had been like that for a long time. It looked like someone cleaned up in a hurry but there was a fire still smoldering in the fire pit and we got there after 5 pm. Getting in contact with someone about fixing the fence was a complete joke. It was a person sending automated messages acting like they weren’t available. It was obvious though because they made the same misspellings every other word. It was so frustrating. So we had no choice but to make our dogs suffer that 20 hour drive and then pay for a kennel for the remainder of our stay. When asked to fix that and the washing machine because it was broken too, they said they couldn’t get to the house for 4 days because they had issues at other houses. Well I only booked 5 nights so you may as well not come at all. They told us that someone needed to be there when they got there, we needed to stay out of the house but not to talk to the third party repairman.

Great Experience - Short Stay

We spent one day and night at this property and very much enjoyed it. The fenced in yard for the dogs was perfect. The master bed was smaller than advertized (barely a full) but everything else was great. The property management and cleaning crew were also super helpful. We would stay there again!

Great stay! Great location!

Great stay & great communication from host. Washer/dryer made it very practical to wash clothes before leaving. The space is great and the new addition of fire pit and playground made the yard even more fun! Bring bathroom toiletries (shampoo, etc) bc that’s not something provided. Latches on doors are a little tricky, so locking bathroom and master bedroom was not easy, but we made it work. Overall a great stay!!

Needs updating

Very disappointed! Let’s start with the bed in the main bedroom, very uncomfortably and sits just inches off the ground. No TVs in bedrooms, no light switch in master bedroom. There are holes in the walls in several areas of the home. The property is in a very good location with easy access to the beach. This property would make a great vacation rental if the owner would invest in upgrades!! No ones wants to sleep on an uncomfortable bed on vacation!

could have been better

It's a cute house but definitely needs some updates. One of the chairs at the fire pit you couldn't sit in cause it was broken, the lights on the roof balcony most of them didn't work, the dishwasher wasn't working, the handle in the shower was broken. The washer broke with our clothes and water in it couldn't get it to drain made the downstairs room stink like dirty laundry had to wring out my clothes and hang them outside. Reached out about it at least 5 times through this app and their phone number they kept telling me someone was coming to fix it for two days no one came.

Super cute beach house in the perfect location to walk to the beach and to enjoy the bay! The neighborhood has so much to do for kids! We enjoyed walking to the gulf side as well as the marina and bay side. Russell was very responsive and made communication easy. We hope to stay again!
