« I really had a great time at this property. The place was very clean and all of the amenities where just like the property mentioned. Everything worked in the house. My family and I had a great time there. This is my second time renting this property and I will definitely rent it again. The pool is a great addition to the property since we don't swim in beach water. Great property and price and a great host. »

« The house is beautiful. The cold water on the outdoor shower wasn’t working so we were unable to use it and had to go in the house sandy. I let the owner know they said they would fix it for the next guest. I would rate our stay a 4.5 out of 5. If the cold was water was working I would have given it a 5 out of 5. Everything was perfect this weekend. The beach is walking distance from the property. We walked to the beach day and night and the neighbors are quiet. »

« The water system in the town is known to be VERY dingy, so much there was black rings in toilet , orange taint under faucet in tub.. concerning when showering. Luckily, they were aware and didn't charge for the grime the water left on their white towels. I enjoyed the set up, but main reason I'm not leaving 5 stars is the astronomical deposit, which is only casually mentioned in listing (Expedia).. 1.5k!! And takes over 2 weeks to get back.. if 2 weeks without 1500 isn't inconvenient, then...

« Absolutely horrible. We never got our check in information as stated we would, I had to reach out. Once we arrived, the vrbo had not been cleaned from the guests before. Towels, trash, and sheets everywhere, nothing cleaned. We reached out to beach box and they were unable to offer us anywhere else to stay and said the maids would be there in the morning. « The photos look far better than the actual property. It was not well maintained or very clean. For instance, there was only one fork, and when we reported it, they did not bring forks for us to use during our stay. Microwave did not have a turntable, range hood cover was missing and the range hood fan was completely filthy, the living room sofas and furniture were badly stained. The bed and bedrooms were cute and comfortable. »
