● Location: Jamaica Beach community of Galveston, Texas
● Beach Access: The home is just 20 yards from the Jamaica Beach community beach access point, a quick walk away! Cars and golf carts are also allowed to park on the beach.
● Community Amenities: Guests have access to the Jamaica Beach community pool for a fee — open Memorial Day - Labor Day — and city park.
● Rent BeachBox: Beach gear rentals are available! Ask us for details and rates.
● WIFI/Cable: We provide free high-speed WIFI and Roku with access to Sling TV for live television channels. Guests are welcome to log into their own streaming service apps.
● Pet Policy: 2 pets are allowed with a $25 fee per pet. Please keep pets off furniture, clean up after them outside, and crate them if left alone indoors.
● Parking: There is room for 4 cars in the driveway.

Step through the doors onto the expansive sun-drenched deck, likely your gathering place. Start your day with coffee, watching the sunrise paint the ocean in gold. As afternoon arrives, relax with a refreshing drink and a good book. Evenings are perfect for barbeques under the twilight sky, with the calming sounds of waves as your soundtrack.
The master bedroom, located off the living area, features a king-size bed and inviting bedding. Down the hall, a second bedroom offers a queen-size bed, while a third provides a twin sized bunk bed and a full sized bunk bed, perfect for families or groups. A sparkling full bathroom with a floating marble vanity and walk-in shower is conveniently accessible from both the hallway and the master bedroom.
● Cancellation Policy: All cancellations are subject to a 3% credit card processing fee.
● Party Policy: No parties are allowed at our home. Please look elsewhere if that is the intent of your trip.
● Age Requirement: Guests must be 24+ to book.

- Guests must be 24+ to book the property.
- One-night stays must be approved.
- We do not allow parties.
- Quiet hours are from 10pm-8am.
- Any damages to the house or property during your stay will result in a deduction or additional charge for the resulting repair/replacement cost.
- All pets must be approved by our team, stay off of all furniture, be cleaned up after in the yard, and not left alone inside the home unless in a kennel.
- No parking allowed on lawns, yards, empty grass lots or other neighbors’ driveways, even if their home appears unoccupied.
- Oversized vehicles/trailers are not permitted unless explicit approval has been received from our team.
- Do not turn the AC below 70 degrees. If you do, you will risk the AC unit freezing up, requiring it to thaw out which will result in the home getting extremely warm.
- This community only allows BLACK TRASH BAGS. We provide trash bags under the kitchen sink. Please refrain from using white bags.
- Should an eviction occur due to breaking house rules (noise ordinance violations, excessive guests and/or vehicles beyond the agreed amount), there will be an $850 fine.
