« Nice place to stay and very close to the beach. With only one bathroom, I would not recommend a family bigger than 4. Some feedback for improvement would be to add a coffee table to the seating area as we had to sit in the floor to pay games and nowhere to put our plates when we ate. The cleaning service used is anything but thorough. We usually wipe down the house when we go, but our wipes were all grey, stains on the blinds and walls, and the floor probably hadn’t been moped in some time....

« Was not given the room types we reserved, one room had a chair, the other did not, one room had no hair dryer, the other did. Both bathrooms had mold and mildew in the showers, one shower was broken. Plumbing made horrible sounds at seemingly random times. Only positive about the experience was the price »

« Ma compagne et moi avions rĂ©servĂ© cet hĂŽtel en bord de plage Ă  Galveston, j’avais laissĂ© un petit mot pour que l’on puisse avoir une chambre face mer si possible. Lors du check in, nous avions simplement l’impression d’embĂȘter (pour rester polis) l’employĂ© qui essayait de suivre son match Ă  la tĂ©lĂ© ! Je lui ait demandĂ© gentillement si nous pouvions avoir la chambre avec vue mer et il m’a simplement dit « non » avec une excuse du genre « c’est complet » alors que l’hĂŽtel n’était absolument pas...
