● Location: Centrally located on Galveston Island, Texas
● Beach access: Less than a 2 minute drive from multiple west-end beaches and the Seawall.
● Rent BeachBox: Beach gear rentals are available! Ask us for details and rates.
● WIFI/Cable: We provide free high-speed WIFI and Roku with access to Sling TV for live television channels. Guests are welcome to log into their own streaming service apps.
● Pet Policy: 3 pets are allowed with a $25 fee per pet. Please keep pets off furniture, clean up after them outside, and crate them if left alone indoors.
● Large Groups: We love hosting church groups and large family gatherings, however groups over the size of 14 guests must be approved prior to booking.
● Parking: There is room for 5 cars in the driveway.

As you walk in, a formal dining area greets you, perfect for family dinners or game nights with friends. Just down the hallway, an open living room, kitchen, and breakfast nook unfolds. Bright and airy, this space is the heart of the house – picture yourselves gathered around the fireplace in the living room, sharing stories while a movie plays on the big-screen TV. A convenient half-bath is tucked away off the living room for added comfort.
Need a break from the beach? Head into the fun-filled game room. Challenge your crew to classic arcade games or a friendly foosball match. This awesome space even has two sets of full-over-full bunk beds, so the younger folks (or anyone who wants to stay close to the action!) can have their own little hangout.
Upstairs, unwind in one of the four cozy bedrooms. The primary suite boasts a comfy king-sized bed, perfect for parents seeking some well-deserved rest. And to add to that rest, the primary bathroom has a beautiful standalone tub for soaking. Another bedroom offers the same luxurious touch with a king bed. The third bedroom has two queen beds, ideal for families or groups of friends. For added flexibility, the fourth bedroom provides a queen bed and a twin bunk bed. Rounding out this floor is another bathroom for the secondary bedrooms to share.
Endless Summer`s fun extends outside too! A large deck off the living room invites you to enjoy al fresco meals or soak up the sun. Need a cool escape? Find it under the shade with a refreshing sea breeze. The expansive backyard is the perfect place for creating lasting memories. Roast marshmallows and share stories under the starry sky around the inviting fire pit.
● Cancellation Policy: All cancellations are subject to a 3% credit card processing fee.
● Party Policy: No parties are allowed at our home. Please look elsewhere if that is the intent of your trip.
● Age Requirement: Guests must be 24+ to book.

House Rules:
- Guests must be 24+ to book the property.
- One-night stays must be approved.
- Groups larger than 16 would need to be approved. We do not allow parties.
- Quiet hours are from 10pm-8am.
- Any damages to the house or property during your stay will result in a deduction or additional charge for the resulting repair/replacement cost.
- All pets must be approved by our team, stay off of all furniture, be cleaned up after in the yard, and not left alone inside the home unless in a kennel.
- No parking allowed on lawns, yards, empty grass lots or other neighbors’ driveways, even if their home appears unoccupied.
- Oversized vehicles/trailers are not permitted unless explicit approval has been received from our team.
- Do not turn the AC below 70 degrees. If you do, you will risk the AC unit freezing up, requiring it to thaw out which will result in the home getting extremely warm.
- The homeowner`s routine pool maintenance cannot be rescheduled and is required for the health and safety of our guests. They will not need to access the home but will access the yard.
- Should an eviction occur due to breaking house rules (noise ordinance violations, excessive guests and/or vehicles beyond the agreed amount), there will be an $850 fine.
